Called them for a storm door, they did multiple in our complex. They told us what they had been charging in here. They came out and measured and weeks later sent us a quote, which was much more than we were told. We decided to go ahead and get it anyway. Emailed them to get on the schedule . We didn't hear from them for more than a week, so I called and was told the person who sets this up was on vacation. They were do back soon and would contact us,nobody ever did. read more

Did not show up for a scheduled service call and did not let us know they were not coming. Called to schedule a time to repair a part and then were not able to find the part. Dave's Stained Glass is amazing! I took to him a very old exhibition piece of Robert Burns, that was found in the home of Thoreau right before the Walden Pond museum was created. This piece was handed down to me, but not before it sat in front of a fireplace and warped. We found Dave on Google and rushed Robert Burns to him with little hope. Dave was amazing ... he not only repaired the stained glass as well as perfectly matching the original vintage pieces that were broken or missing, but repaired the intricate frame it was all contained in. Dave was so friendly and considerate! Thank you Dave for saving Robert Burns for us!!! read more

Selection and installation were first rate, communication and follow up were abysmal. We were told 2-3 weeks, ended up at eight with no phone conversation unless we initiated it. Very disappointing. read more

I had a window replacement and two screens made. It took two weeks for the window to come in, which was fine but then they somehow dropped it in the way to install...so add another three weeks. Then another appointment for the screens two weeks later. They didn't fit. Was told they would have them back to me I two days...it was another two weeks and only because I called to find out what the issue was. Fast forward to three weeks later, one of the screens kept falling out. Another week to get an appointment. Technician said they "forgot" to put in the metal bands at the top which actually hold the screen in place. He said he would work on it right away and it would only take "a couple of days." Two weeks later and heard nothing, just called again and they will "get back to me." Horrible customer service, horrible work. Will NOT recommend this company to anyone. read more

This place had great potential! We went in with a broken window, the woman at the counter was super nice and very helpful. She said we would need a whole new unit, it would only be 80 bucks & they would let us know when it was ready. This was a month ago! We hadn't heard anything from the company about our window being done. Granted, we probably should have called them, then. But COME'ON! you're the business, why should we have to call you about the progress of our window. THEN, we go in to get it and it's not a whole new unit at all, they just fixed the broken piece of glass and now our original unit is all dinged up. The guy was super rude, telling us that "no we would never give you a new unit", "That would be way more money", "we would have never told you that".. Then we asked when the window had been finished and why no one called us, and he says "there is no date on the window, I don't know when it was done" So it took us a month to get a piece of glass put into a window frame, and then had horrible costumer service. uhhh no thanks, Dave's! read more

Was suppose to get shower door. Guy came out to measure it and said someone would call us in a few days for pricing. NO one called. I called left a message. No response. About 6 weeks later, I get a call and they want to know when they can come out to do the shower door. I said wait a minute. I have no prices. In the meantime had another company do it and door was already installed for past 4 wks. read more

Perfect example of a company and owner who won't stand behind their work and have no care for their customers and doing future business. In short, one of our glass shelves behind our bar literally pulled out of the drywall. We lost hundreds of dollars in alcohol, chipped our granite counter top, have holes in the wall, and a guest got cut up from the glass shelf falling. The shelves weren't even put into any type of wood or anything in the back. The area of the anchor on the back is literally about 1/2 inch so it pulled right through the drywall. I have had several people look at it and they all stated the shelves should have not been installed in just drywall. The employee was great that looked at it. The owner and the company not so much. The owner should take some lessons from the employee and take care of their customers whether something is under warranty or not. When I called and inquired on what the employee brought back all I was told and I quote "The owner said it's not under warranty." Apparently, it would have only been covered if it happened within the first few months of the shelves being installed. Last time I checked glass shelves shouldn't just pull out of a wall whether it's months or years. I got no call from the owner as I requested, not so much as a sorry this happened, we could do this to help you with the shelf and getting a new one. NOTHING! If you want a company and owner that doesn't care about their customers and doing future business then Dave's Glass is for you. read more

Excellent service at a reasonable price! Dave's replaced the glass in a sliding glass door and a sliding window because the seals were broken and they were "fogged" up. Dave's came out and measured on one day, and they returned a few weeks later to install the glass. Everything went smoothly and according to plan, and it took a lot less time than I would have expected. The price was much less than we expected too, since we originally thought we were going to have to replace the door and window. read more
