Didn't think anyone would respond on a weekend but was surprised when Lon replied back. We set up a time to meet the next day. On the scheduled day and time, Lon showed up. He was very knowledgeable and we really liked what we heard about the company. I like how the company gives a portion of their proceeds to help people (see their website for more details). We liked Lon so much that we actually signed a contract with him that same day. (Usually we like to wait a few days and compare quotes) A couple days later, Etta at the office (cool name!) called us to schedule a day for installation a few weeks out.
