River City Windows is by far one of the BEST companies I've worked with from start to finish. My project included having 5 original 1986 windows removed and replaced with Milgard windows. RCW is a certified Milgard dealer. Starting with the receptionist in their sales office, Geoff the sales guy, David and his brother who demo'd and installed the new windows...all were very professional and very helpful along the way. I seeked out 3 companies to bid my project. River City Windows and one other were the only ones to respond. River City's bid was the lowest quote for a model window one up from a competitor. It was a now brainer for me to decide who to go with. Once on the job, David and his team ensured everything was tarped off to capture all the debri, very methodical in their demo and installation process, and ensured everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction. I thought something was different but I couldnt figure out what until much later. I'm happy with the windows but not happy with the white framing. They did not think I'd care to preserve the original design of an MCM home or at least think that I would care. Had my windows and sliding doors installed by River City on May 19th 2026. Install went well and I have no issues with that. Installers were very nice, and did a good job at cleaning up after themselves. The issues I had was after installation. On May 26th, I sent them an email asking when I was going to receive the Milgard Spring Savings rebate and received no response. On June 1st, I called their office and informed one of the team members that I have not received any information regarding the permit and the lady on the phone said she would email me the permit information. I also asked when will I receive the Milgard Spring Savings Rebate and she said she did not know anything about that but will have the salesman give me a call and explain when I will get the rebate. I did not receive any information for the permit or a call from the salesman. This type of customer service makes me nervous for the future if I ever have any issues with the windows. read more

The screens are so subtle that they are almost invisible, but they are there when needed. From the first phone call through the finished installation, the River City Windows team was professional, helpful, and friendly. The secretary made a great first impression, and installers Daniel and David brought the same courtesy and care to the project. I had not realized how much effort goes into replacing old, unattractive, inefficient windows, but their meticulous work improved both the outside of my home and the rooms where the new windows were installed. The salesman came to my home, took the initial measurements, and showed me samples from two window brands that could be custom-made to replace my old aluminum-frame mobile home windows. We are so happy with our new windows and sliding glass doors. We looked at several company's and decided on River City. They came out to our house and went over with us what exactly we wanted. At that time they measured all the windows. When we decided to go ahead, they came back out and remeasured the windows, just to make sure the measurements were accurate. The crew arrived to install the windows (10, and 2 sliding glass doors) at 8:30am and were done by about 3pm. They also replaced a couple of wood beams around 2 of the windows that had dry rot. I couldn't recommend them enough! My parents needed 10 windows and a sliding door replaced, they gave us a very reasonable price for the whole project. During the install they were quick and proficient but ran into a little problem while installing the sliding door. They found a little bit of dry rot where the sliding door would be placed and they offered to replace the whole plank for us for no additional charge. Immediately they made a trip to homedeopt to grab the supplies. They even went the extra mile to treat the surrounding wood with a termite/carpenter bee spray and place waterproof tape down. These guys are amazing. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else. We changed 11 windows and two sliding glass doors. I asked for the sun matrix for the windows that are in the sun for longer than an hour. It made a huge difference. Next to no heat from the sunlight in those windows. Their cost was much cheaper than home depot/Lowes and specially Costco. We added the extra deadbolts on the sliding windows and sliding glass door. Quite a nice feature. read more

I reached out to RC Windows to see if they could install a sliding screen door, and they promptly sent someone out to take a look and provide an estimate. I was told that he would be able to install one slider door that would have a flap to cover the distance between the door and the screen so that bugs wouldn't go in from the side. That sounded perfect, and when I asked if new tracks needed to be installed and he said no, I inquired about a discount since that's one less thing to install. I was sent a revised quote for $50 off, which I appreciated, but then the guy calls back and says that that would be for a cheaper door frame. He did not mention this at all initially, so I was caught off guard. Considering I'd like something sturdy, I agreed to just pay the original price without the discount. When he finally came out to install the door, it was not as described. The flap described did not even cover the gap between the door and screen, to which he said it would've been a risk anyway. We were never told there would be a risk for that, and if he did, why would we agree to installing the door? What would be the point of the door if that's the case? We finally concluded that we did not want the door, and he promptly removed it and left. No apology, not a single word. It was like he just left in a huff despite me yelling out "sorry this didn't work out" as he was packing up his truck. I called the next day because I had received an invoice to be paid and explained my situation and wanted to make sure the invoice would be voided since nothing was installed. The gal over the phone cut me off and hastily said it was voided. Such poor customer service. I get it, it didn't work out for them either, but that's not a way to treat people. read more

From the initial request for a quote to the final installation these guys were on it. We called and left a message and they promptly called back and gathered some basic information. Within two days they were here to do the estimate and worked with us to get us the door that we wanted with a price we could afford, even worked on it over the weekend. They were helpful with the design too convincing us to go with the clear door to extenuate the great view we have out of our front door. Everything went according to the schedule they originally made. They followed up last week to confirm the installation today. They were then transparent about the process and gave us thorough information about the type of windows that would be installed. They also provided a quote about a few days later and it was competitive with the other quotes we received from other companies. We decided to move forward and sign the paperwork. They notified us when the windows would be ready to install and were flexible on our schedule. Did a good job with window replacement. I had a Milgard window that had been chipped and they were able to replace it. They did accidentally order wrong sized window, but took responsibility for that and expedited the correct size so it wasn't really a hassle. The window has been installed for a month now, looks good and has functioned well through 1 storm to date. They did this job at a reasonable cost. I initially provided rough measurements and requested a quote via yelp to replace 7 windows and a slider door. The estimate came back quickly and they provided options for white or black framed windows. I decided to move forward and they came out and measured the windows before ordering. Everything was installed in one day, in less than 8 hours! I was really happy about that because I thought it would for sure take a couple days. My new windows look great and so does my sliding door.
