The new tech, Sean, said one of the tanks wasn't under contract so he jut stopped doing anything (only told me this AFTER he killed my fish). And both tanks have been serviced for at least 17 years. Eric had promised to replace the fish but yesterday I got an email from some marketing person name Wayne Parkes, the Service Coordinator, saying due to "unforeseen circumstances they can no longer service my fish tanks." They have left me high and dry, owe me fish, with terrible looking tanks and not even a transition plan. And Eric has refused to even return my phone calls. So unprfessional.

Some tanks definitely seem diseased and not cleared of deceased fish . I've seen fish act a bit erratic and ill. But their products have a wide variety and when the tanks seem okay, they have a really nice stock of fish and always seem to have what I need. Salt water tanks seem pretty great, plants have always been clean and safe of traveling snails. I still come here quite a lot. I enjoy it!

Finally did a water test strip on brand new water that I purchased from the fish room that day and noticed that the pH was fine but the alkalinity is very very low. Water was also on the hard side. And chlorine was questionable. And yes, the water strips that I purchased and were new and purchased from a reputable company. Acting shocked and tell me that he must of rubbed against the rug ?????. I have rug/carpet through my whole house. Then the chick at the desk started catching attitude when I was questioning about my baby legs and the price. When I dropped him off I was told $232 but when I picked him up it was $250. He got home and peed for ever like he didn't go pee that day. I was told he eats 3x a day. I gave them 15 cans of dog food. Why I still had 7 cans left. That means you wasn't feed him 3x a day now I'm going to the Vet this morning to see what's wrong with his legs and what they did to my baby. I will be contacting corporate this is unacceptable. Don't use this place. I'm thinking they just left him in the crate the whole time on a cold floor. That's my opinion. I feel bad I left him with them.
