We use Healthy Home to clean our duct work, dryer vent, and carpets, as well as service the HVAC. All three crews did a fantastic job and took care of our home while working in and around our home. Ed serviced our HVAC unit, and he was very knowledgeable and careful and found some burnt wires and probably saved our home from much bigger problems. If you haven't had your dryer vent cleaned in a while or ever, I would highly recommend it as ours was so jammed up the clothes were taking longer to dry and that in itself could've caused a fire and bigger problems than just paying to get it cleaned. Our tech Matt and his helper were thorough and careful on cleaning all the duct work and dryer vent and cleaned up afterwards. We will definitely use Healthy Home again. read more

I hired healthy homes to clean the carpet, tile and mold in the shower. The carpet was cleaned to my satisfaction. I took pics of the shower and areas of grout that were not cleaned as well as a couple of thick white paint-like streaks that were on the bathroom room floor that were not there prior to the job they were hired to do. I called the company to inquire what that could be. I asked if perhaps they nicked the trim and painted leaving paint on the floor. I was assured that they did not. On closer inspection I saw that the door trim had been damaged and apparently a chunk of wood was gone and to cover up the damage, a caulking gun was used to fill in the gap. It was a poor coverup. I took pics and demanded the trim be replaced. This was a time consuming event on my part as it took 3 attempts to get it right. The trim was an inch too short first time, the second time the trim didn't match the other door trims. I was told that trim wasn't made anymore. Untrue. I found a company that makes it. Healthy Homes didn't want to pay the cost according to the handy man hired to make the repair. The repair was eventually done to my satisfaction but the agreement I had with Healthy Homes to come back and complete the work I paid for on the tile and shower were completely ignored. I requested a refund for work paid for and not done. Healthy Homes have ignored my emails and phone calls. I would not recommend this company. I take some responsibility for leaving my condo while they were working unsupervised. Offered the two techs to help themselves to drinks in the fridge. Cola coffee and flavored seltzer I came back to six drinks gone. Not a big deal, I offered but thought they took advantage of my hospitality. I felt violated by the cover-up and as a result of my experience with this company, will keep a close eye on anyone hired to come into my home. We recently called Healthy Home to address water damage to the new carpets in our home. We were referred to them by one of their competitors (what better compliment) that could not fit us in quickly. Noah and team came out immediately to address the damage. We had no where to turn being new to the area but found great confidence in the staff / work of Healthy Home. If I could leave a zero star review , I would. I called because I had a mold issue in my upstairs bathroom. The owner came out and told me that my exhaust fan vent was stuck in the open which was allowing hot air into the bathroom. The fan is located on the second story soffit. They sent a technician out without a ladder long enough to reach the soffit even though I reminded them about the location of the vent when they called to confirm the appointment. Not only did they not replace the vent, but they were also supposed to fix or replace my dryer vent and clean the duct. They did nothing. The technician started to leave and I asked what they were going to do about my job, he said the owner would be calling me. It has been a week now and I still have not heard from them. I hired someone else to take care of it for me. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! read more

I hired Healthy home to come in and clean my air ducts, dryer vent, upholstery, rugs, tile & grout and hardwoods and I just want to say they did a wonderful job. It was a two day event. They arrived on time and worked efficiently. Hats off to Chance and Joe who did the floors and upholstery the second day. It was almost a 10 hour job and they did a wonderful job, only taking a break for lunch. Very hardworking young men. My tile and grout look like new! They also included a sealer for the tile and grout and a protectant for the rugs and upholstery. In addition, they accommodated my request to have these things completed before my company arrived. My experience with Healthy Home was terrific. The gentleman, Michael, did a great job and I was very happy with the outcome. I have 2 cats and 2 dogs currently, and also have foster dogs from time to time, so my carpets really needed attention. What really made me happy was he was very kind to my animals too. And everytime he came back in, he took good care making sure my front door was barricaded so my cats couldn't get out. That was a big deal to me....I absolutely 100% recommend them. I'm a local real estate agent and I had a listing that had horrible stains on the carpet, especially what looked to be whole glasses of some kind of bright red liquid spilled all over the steps. Thank you for your response. My wife and I are condo owners at Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach and the appointment was made in her name. When the person arrived and told us the new price, he never explained that there were other packages, or offered us an alternative. On the initial phone call to your office, we were told it was a gold package and were never given other alternatives, but the quote was $140 - $160 for the service. We only received an email confirming the time of 12:00 - 2:00 on August 9. You should really check your records before assuming I am making this up and have never used your services. You or your representative can confirm this. He was not planning on moving furniture and actually deducted 30% for the furniture. The result was the $360 quote with no other options.
