Instead, every interaction felt like a push to collect more of my personal information rather than providing any actual value. Over multiple scheduled calls and meetings, they repeatedly asked for additional documents such as my brokerage account statements, IRA information, and even my date of birth, all with the promise that they would produce a Morningstar report. Despite giving them everything they requested, they never delivered **any** report or useful analysis. When I asked about the "free retirement roadmap" they promote, they simply told me it was "too early" for that -- even after several conversations and after I tried to engage with them as a serious prospective client. It became clear that their main goal was to gather personal information and convert me into a client **before** offering any of the services they advertise. No transparency, no follow-through, and no deliverables. I genuinely approached them with the intention of hiring them as my financial advisors, but their lack of professionalism and failure to keep their promises made me lose trust in their process. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
