Her book "It's Not Carpal Tunnel Syndrome" was one of the first great books that I found when I started getting RSI symptoms, but I really didn't even think to reach out until I saw another recommendation online; pointing out that she does have a clinic and does video consultations. I called and had an appointment within a few days. The first appointment was focused on immediately giving me a bunch of stretching exercises and changes on how I work. We then continued to meet monthly and I've continued seeing steady improvements in my RSI. After about 3-4 months, I started working with Dave doing more active physical therapy exercises. It's turned into a pretty big commitment to fix my RSI and I probably wasn't really understanding the timeline or how big this problem was when I started, but I'm really relieved that I found help. Suparna has been really supportive throughout, in providing useful information to help you understand the problem and helping you build better computer usage habits.
