I have MULTIPLE emails stating my appt is 9:30 and an appt card marked 9:30! It's stressful enough having surgery, but having the office staff somehow screw up the appt times on multiple occasions and somehow act like it's MY fault or I'm wrong, is unacceptable. And when I asked about the difference, SAM, the hygienist, copped an attitude and explained why there was a difference between the two appointments. The cheap Groupon price afforded me a cheap exam! Without going into too much detail, I never returned because the trust was lost. There is something amiss in that office between the front office staff and the dental staff that I wasn't going to continue to be subjected to the inner workings of this business. Tread lightly.
