I find this very embarrassing and un professional. I hadn't even paid for the service. They said there was nothing they could do a manager will call me. They insisted I had to pay for the incomplete service. No word from manager yet nice girl Lea poor quality. Poor customer service. I don't usually leave poor reviews. I have yet to have to return in 2 days due to missing eyelashes. This was my last visit on 09-19-25 threading, henna brows and full set of lashes 125.00 I had a weekend off of work and just doing normal daily things. I use extreme caution with my face knowing the henna wont last long in general, but even a blink seems tricky for the lashes to with stand...so again, I have to have make time to return because my lashes were 1/4 missing, 2 days later... as well as pay the fee for touch up $15. A touch up? As I type this, it is wednesday the 24th and I have 1 eye that has lashes and the other is completely gone! so even with the touch up? I'd go have her look at it to fix them but I'm not paying for the 3rd time in under a week !! Gigantic let down. My fault for giving this place 3 chances.
