Was asked if I could come to the shop for Saturday I said yes let me know a time. The shop had told me they would call me back with a time, this was on a Thursday. I call back on Monday asking for an update to be told that they don't do saturdays and to go back to my insurance and find someone else to do my glass. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service.

It took under two hours and I was done. They would've come to me but because of snow I thought it was better to bring it to them. It worked out great. They have a comfortable waiting room and Kim is great. She's knowledgeable and personable and fun to talk with. They took my insurance so I had no charge. I would recommend them for all your glass and mirror needs. They do glass shower doors too.

I promised Perry (owner) to write a review on his work. I…read morehad a custom frameless shower door made by him last year, October 2018. I have intentionally waited before evaluating the finished product and installation. Sometimes reviews are posted with positive rating shortly after completion, only to find a problem later on. After 1 year, I am still satisfied with the custom shower door. Perry designed a 3/8 thick glass shower enclosure, with 2 sides full 84" tall glass, installed professionally, no leakage. PLUS this was a better product and price than NY shower door. The only disappointment was the added coating, called diamond finish to keep water from beading inside the glass. This was not worth the extra money and would not go for this added feature again. I highly recommend Shoreline Reflection for you custom frameless door. Perry responded in a timely fashion and came through on his work.

He had an employee work on the guest bathroom. Both did a great job. Perry was very quick to respond to scheduling and setting up a date and time to install once the doors came in. Bathrooms looked beautiful and the glass worked out very nice. It was exactly what I told him I wanted (I was very specific in detail). I was also very impressed with how professional and on time he was. Will be using him again in the future. Only thing Is that I am not sure if The diamon coating That coats the glass which is supposed to make sure the water doesn't stick to the glass is actually worth it. It didn't appear to actually do much. Other than that I am very pleased with the whole process. Quality was excellent and company was very professional.
