I was a little hesitant at first due to the few reviews but I went with my gut feeling and gave it a shot and I am glad I did. I called on a Tuesday to get a free estimate and got my quote in minutes. Andres the owner is a very honest and stand-up guy who doesn't upsell you on something that you don't need, traits which can be hard to find these days. He got me setup for Friday appointment, just a couple of days from the initial call. Andres showed up early and ready to rock. He did not rush, even removed all the debris and pigeon nests. I have had my solar system for the last year, and it has been great. Because of all the fires recently I have noticed my solar not producing as it should. I was able to look on my roof and saw that the panels were covered in dirt, as well as those around me with solar. Saw SoCal Solar Pro on yelp and requested a quote along with a few other companies. Jeff who is the owner of SoCal responded right away and had the best quote for my system, as well as some very good reviews. We agreed upon an early Saturday 0730hrs appointment, and he arrived on time and was ready to work. Very friendly and approachable guy. I saw his cleaning system on his truck which looked like it could well handle the job. I left Jeff to his work, and he told me that it would take approximately an hour to complete. One hour later he texted me and said he was done. I went outside to see how it went. Jeff took photos of before and after the cleaning which really impressed me because it showed he cared about his work and that the panels were actually clean. I think this is great customer service and I appreciated the effort. I would 100% use Jeff again for his work. He also texted me photos of the roof panels later on in the day so I had a record of the work. We've been having trouble with pigeons nesting under our solar panels for some time and they were not letting us sleep, we must have had a pretty big family living under there.
