I have been working with Nick and his gang for about 14 years and when I tell you they are the best I mean it. I am a Real Estate agent and have to sometimes give at least 3 recommendations for Windows. Yes there is always someone cheaper. Why risk it when you know you have the best and I know I do. Nick has a family and is someone from or close in our community, which I like to support. Great Team!

Awesome job as always. This is the third time I've had Nick out to clean my windows and solar panels. Always a great experience and top quality work. This time he replaced all the screens on my entire house and did an excellent job. Turn around was amazingly fast and the quality of the new screens is great. Probably the most important part is that Nick is licensed and insured. This was a priority of mine with someone working on the roof of my house, cleaning expensive solar panels, and climbing high on a ladder on my property. Thanks again Nick for an awesome experience and top quality work.

Nick did a great job on the windows. He talked with me on the phone for a long time to figure out exactly what I needed, then he came out on time, walked around and gave me an estimate which was more than fair (and less than some of the other places I've consulted). He worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job with no power washing! Highly recommended. read more

Nick did a FANTASTIC job cleaning our Windows! From the onset of the appointment, he was right on time, professional, and great attitude. I'm always a little cautious with people whom I don't know coming into my home but Nick is someone you feel comfortable at your house. Nick and his crew came and cleaned our windows and our solar panels yesterday. His communication was excellent, the crew was very respectful, efficient, and they did an amazing job! We live in a new community and so our windows were really bad with all the construction going on over the past year or so. Our windows are so clean now that it doesn't even look like a window is there. I didn't realize what a difference it makes! They also cleaned our solar panels and showed us photos. They show up when they say they are going to show up, and even send email reminders and/or phone call reminders. Very helpful! I DO NOT recommend these guys. They were late (but did call), left dirt / mud on the carpet, they rinsed the screens in our driveway and left it a mess! Argumentative attitude! Well, if I had been here when they arrived, he was late and I had an appointment! NOT what agreed to up front! Was one price and charged another! Price per window is way tooo high and what they consider a window? really? Left a screen off that we had to point out, and left all windows unlocked! You can absolutely find a better choice! read more

Late for appointment,Attitude, left all windows unlocked, drug mud into the house on the carpet, mess left behind on driveway , very pricey for poor quality. Very poor customer service by Nick. Clearvu Window Cleaning is simply AWESOME. Arrived on time, very courteous, polite, respectful and helpful. Went over all services I had requested. We had our solar panels cleaned, roof cleaned, entire home outside washed, all windows inside and out as well as all screens. They cleaned all tracks and frames. Noticed some hard water deposits on a couple windows and were able to remove them. All services completed, everything looks better than new. Clearvu Window Cleaning never tried to upsell us anything but they were very pleasant and happy to answer a few questions for future services. My wife, kids and myself are far more than just satisfied with all services preformed. We will be using Clearvu Window Cleaning again in the future, and we would be proud to be used as references. Recently bought this home and the windows were really filthy. i tried cleaning some of them myself but just couldn't get them right. I've never hired a window cleaner before so did some online research and found this company. I called for information and spoke with Nick and ended up making an appointment for window cleaning. Nick arrived as scheduled and spent the afternoon cleaning all my windows, screens, sills, tracks, inside and out. The difference was incredible. It looked as if I didn't even have windows - that's how clean they are. Absolutely horrible. Bait and switch. Quoted one price and after he was finished the price went up over $100.00. The work was horrible, windows scratched and the water spots still on the windows, which he guaranteed the windows would be spot free. Then wanted $400.00 to get the spots off the windows using another process. The window tracks were not even touched and the upper two windows in our foyer were not cleaned, yet I was charged for them. read more

Nov. 20, Nick of Clearvu Window Cleaning came to work. We had several conversations leading up to the contract. I signed the contract with confidence in his quick response and courteous attitude. On the day of the work, he showed up time, greeted me, looked around the house, and set a price for the windows + solar screens, and convinced me that the total cost was reasonable. The windows and screens had not been cleaned for a while, and the dirt from the rain and wind made it hard to see the outside view. For about five hours, Nick worked without a break and without cutting corners. The windows were spotless and super clear. The solar screens, which had clogged with dust, were also very clean that you could feel the fresh air flow. He seems to realize that if he does a work that satisfies himself, the result will also satisfy his customers. Nick is honest, polite, and hardworking. Clearvu Window Cleaning is a true 5-star and will undoubtedly grow with the business day by day. The view of the changing fall scenery through the clear windows is Beautiful !!! We highly recommend Clearvu Window Cleaning to everyone! We recently had nearly 40 windows cleaned at our home, and will certainly have Nick of Clearvu as our go-to guy from now on! Because we currently rent the home and don't live nearby, we are cautious about hiring someone that we can't meet personally. I let Nick know that it was our priority that our tenants (who are very particular about the cleanliness of things) be satisfied, and he assured me he would communicate with them as he completed the job and would happily address the requests they made to make sure everyone was satisfied. He certainly kept to his word! They let us know how fantastic the windows looked! Moreover, he did not try to sell us up and offered a few options that would be more cost-effective than what we had initially requested. Moreover, when he noted that some of our screens needed repair, he sent us pictures on the spot so that we could decide for ourselves whether we wanted to proceed. Our two-story home was very much in need of window cleaning and since we are senior citizens it isn't something we can do ourselves. Our daughter is concerned about us being taken advantage of so she always reads reviews and recommends quality businesses for us. After searching Yelp for window cleaning services in our area she called Clearvu to get a quote for exterior cleaning. Nick was quick in returning the call and providing an estimate. We requested an appointment for the following week. Nick and his crew arrived on time and quickly, efficiently, and unobtrusively cleaned our windows, sills and screens. After seeing the results we are sorry we didn't call Nick sooner, they did a very thorough job and we are more than satisfied. The guys got here 2 hours late as someone had called in sick. They made sure to call me and let me know. I knew exactly when they would arrive. From the moment they knocked on the door, they were very polite, efficient and very professional. They even wore booties when they came in the house. They worked very quickly and the windows were left clean and sparkling. We had had the house painted the week before and the painters had power washed the house. The windows were truly dirty. I couldn't see through my office window, what with the dirt and the glare. The guys even cleaned the window sills. They did a fantastic job and I would definitely have them back. Our windows were horribly dirty. We hired Nick based on the reviews we read on Yelp. I usually try to do things myself in hopes of saving money. When we hired Nick we were pressed for time as we had a large family gathering we were preparing for for our son's birthday. I'm so glad we hired Nick for the job. He cleaned the windows, the screens, and the indoor window tracks/panes. We also hired him to repair 3 window screen frames that were warped. I could have never cleaned the windows they way Nick had. He did such a fantastic job that my mom hired him to replace the screening on her slider screen door. I was impressed by how well he did his job and by his positive attitude. I am one of those Yelp users that like to read reviews but don't take the time to tell a review but today is the day to share my review. I was looking for a company that could remove webs and dirt that have been accumulating on my stucco in front of my house. Sore sight for my eyes to say the least. I saw great reviews about this company so I decided to call for a quote. These days you don't find too many businesses that take pride in good /quality work and customer service. So it's been a year or so and Clearvu was invited again to clean our windows (there is a bunch of them) and Nick did an absolutely terrific job, as always. Not only is he thoroughly professional but he's also very friendly, neighborly and got on well with my handicapped son. He noted all of the screens that were not replaced last year would need replacement soon so we asked him to take them away and do the replacements. The cost is reasonable/competitive and we are entirely satisfied. I was also impressed that Nick, when he was finished, put all the blinds back into the same position (open, closed, half-open) as he found them! This is the second time I have used Clearvu, repeat customer says it all! Nick is VERY professional, confirms appointment, arrives on time and does a fantastic job. The first time I called, Nick couldn't give me an estimate over the phone because my home is large and custom so he asked if he could take a look first. i was a little apprehensive, I thought he would gouge me because of the area i lived in, unfortunately this happens often. However,Ii was pleasantly surprised at the honest estimate he gave me, no added ridicules up charges that I've experienced before. I checked Yelp reviews before I hired this company and I have to agree with what I read. My phone call received quick response and an appointment was made and kept. Clearvu uses a detergent on the windows that clears all water spotting. They also removed all tags that were really stuck on a new French door I had installed. It rained less then a week after I had my windows done but whatever they used seemed to protect the windows from forming new water spots. I was also pleased with the screen washer they had as it appeared to gently but thoroughly get out lots of built up dust. Some of my windows are virtually unreachable for me but not for Nick. Twice now, Nick has come out to clean my windows/screens. He is on time, courteous and checks to see if the work is to my satisfaction. The first time, he replaced my sliding glass door screen mesh - ill-behaved dogs! This time, I thought it would need replacing again, but he was able to repair it. I wanted a particular window cleaned but thought the huge L-shaped sectional would be too heavy to move. Not for Nick and his associate. They clean up very nicely as they work the job and at the end. We have been in our home for 25 years and it had been awhile since I had them done professionally. Nick and his partner did a fantastic job on our home. I submitted an request for a window cleaning online, and received a call back from Nick that same day and we arranged an appointment for a couple days later, which was great. Nick arrived on time, was courteous and very competent. He worked fast and efficient and took great care to protect his surroundings (eg cover his shoes when walking into the house, not leaving water stains anywhere, etc), which I greatly appreciated. I love my clean windows!!!!! We bought a new construction home back in February, so our backyard was just dirt for a couple months. Needless to say, our windows were dirty!! I got an estimate from Nick over the internet, and he came out a couple days later. He was super courteous and did a fantastic job. There were no hidden fees and his prices were very competitive. Clearvu Window Cleaning did a fantastic job on my windows! From the start, their communication was clear and professional, and they arrived right on time. They carefully removed, cleaned, and replaced the screens, and even took extra time to clean the tracks and sills. The result? Sparkling clean windows that look amazing! Great company called 10 mins prior to arrival showed up on time. They were professional and courteous. They cleaned all windows (inside and out) all screens and even the doors. The great news came when he finished and over the phone he had quoted me $225 and said that because I had less windows the originally estimated over the phone the price was only $189.
