I absolutely have to have someone that I feel comfortable having in my home. after some research, I decided to go with ClearVu. Scheduling my appointment was easy. Nick arrived ON TIME. He communicated clearly and didn't try to upsell me on any packages. I purchased the top package though, because the price was great. I liked that. When he came into my home, they wore little booties on their shoes, again, another small touch I appreciated. I have animals and they were very careful to keep the doors shut as they came in and out. I have a 4000 sq ft house. it took approx 3 hours maybe a little more. They were courteous and I didn't mind them here at all. As far as the quality of work. Nick and his crew came and cleaned our windows and our solar panels yesterday. His communication was excellent, the crew was very respectful, efficient, and they did an amazing job! We live in a new community and so our windows were really bad with all the construction going on over the past year or so. Our windows are so clean now that it doesn't even look like a window is there. I didn't realize what a difference it makes! They also cleaned our solar panels and showed us photos. I DO NOT recommend these guys. They were late (but did call), left dirt / mud on the carpet, they rinsed the screens in our driveway and left it a mess! Argumentative attitude! Well, if I had been here when they arrived, he was late and I had an appointment! NOT what agreed to up front! Was one price and charged another! Price per window is way tooo high and what they consider a window? really? Left a screen off that we had to point out, and left all windows unlocked! Recently bought this home and the windows were really filthy. i tried cleaning some of them myself but just couldn't get them right. I've never hired a window cleaner before so did some online research and found this company. I called for information and spoke with Nick and ended up making an appointment for window cleaning. Clearvu Window Cleaning is simply AWESOME. Arrived on time, very courteous, polite, respectful and helpful. Went over all services I had requested. We had our solar panels cleaned, roof cleaned, entire home outside washed, all windows inside and out as well as all screens. They cleaned all tracks and frames. Noticed some hard water deposits on a couple windows and were able to remove them. All services completed, everything looks better than new. Clearvu Window Cleaning never tried to upsell us anything but they were very pleasant and happy to answer a few questions for future services.
