Nov. 20, Nick of Clearvu Window Cleaning came to work. We had several conversations leading up to the contract. I signed the contract with confidence in his quick response and courteous attitude. On the day of the work, he showed up time, greeted me, looked around the house, and set a price for the windows + solar screens, and convinced me that the total cost was reasonable. The windows and screens had not been cleaned for a while, and the dirt from the rain and wind made it hard to see the outside view. For about five hours, Nick worked without a break and without cutting corners. The windows were spotless and super clear. The solar screens, which had clogged with dust, were also very clean that you could feel the fresh air flow. He seems to realize that if he does a work that satisfies himself, the result will also satisfy his customers. Nick is honest, polite, and hardworking. We highly recommend Clearvu Window Cleaning to everyone! We recently had nearly 40 windows cleaned at our home, and will certainly have Nick of Clearvu as our go-to guy from now on! Because we currently rent the home and don't live nearby, we are cautious about hiring someone that we can't meet personally. I let Nick know that it was our priority that our tenants (who are very particular about the cleanliness of things) be satisfied, and he assured me he would communicate with them as he completed the job and would happily address the requests they made to make sure everyone was satisfied. Our two-story home was very much in need of window cleaning and since we are senior citizens it isn't something we can do ourselves. Our daughter is concerned about us being taken advantage of so she always reads reviews and recommends quality businesses for us. After searching Yelp for window cleaning services in our area she called Clearvu to get a quote for exterior cleaning. Nick was quick in returning the call and providing an estimate. We requested an appointment for the following week. Nick and his crew arrived on time and quickly, efficiently, and unobtrusively cleaned our windows, sills and screens. The guys got here 2 hours late as someone had called in sick. They made sure to call me and let me know. I knew exactly when they would arrive. From the moment they knocked on the door, they were very polite, efficient and very professional. They even wore booties when they came in the house. They worked very quickly and the windows were left clean and sparkling. We had had the house painted the week before and the painters had power washed the house. The windows were truly dirty. I couldn't see through my office window, what with the dirt and the glare. The guys even cleaned the window sills. They did a fantastic job and I would definitely have them back. Our windows were horribly dirty. We hired Nick based on the reviews we read on Yelp. I usually try to do things myself in hopes of saving money. When we hired Nick we were pressed for time as we had a large family gathering we were preparing for for our son's birthday. I'm so glad we hired Nick for the job. He cleaned the windows, the screens, and the indoor window tracks/panes. We also hired him to repair 3 window screen frames that were warped. I could have never cleaned the windows they way Nick had. He did such a fantastic job that my mom hired him to replace the screening on her slider screen door. I was impressed by how well he did his job and by his positive attitude. I was looking for a company that could remove webs and dirt that have been accumulating on my stucco in front of my house. Sore sight for my eyes to say the least. So it's been a year or so and Clearvu was invited again to clean our windows (there is a bunch of them) and Nick did an absolutely terrific job, as always. Not only is he thoroughly professional but he's also very friendly, neighborly and got on well with my handicapped son. He noted all of the screens that were not replaced last year would need replacement soon so we asked him to take them away and do the replacements. The cost is reasonable/competitive and we are entirely satisfied. I was also impressed that Nick, when he was finished, put all the blinds back into the same position (open, closed, half-open) as he found them! This is the second time I have used Clearvu, repeat customer says it all! Nick is VERY professional, confirms appointment, arrives on time and does a fantastic job. The first time I called, Nick couldn't give me an estimate over the phone because my home is large and custom so he asked if he could take a look first. i was a little apprehensive, I thought he would gouge me because of the area i lived in, unfortunately this happens often. However,Ii was pleasantly surprised at the honest estimate he gave me, no added ridicules up charges that I've experienced before. I checked Yelp reviews before I hired this company and I have to agree with what I read. My phone call received quick response and an appointment was made and kept. Clearvu uses a detergent on the windows that clears all water spotting. They also removed all tags that were really stuck on a new French door I had installed. It rained less then a week after I had my windows done but whatever they used seemed to protect the windows from forming new water spots. I was also pleased with the screen washer they had as it appeared to gently but thoroughly get out lots of built up dust. Some of my windows are virtually unreachable for me but not for Nick. Twice now, Nick has come out to clean my windows/screens. He is on time, courteous and checks to see if the work is to my satisfaction. The first time, he replaced my sliding glass door screen mesh - ill-behaved dogs! This time, I thought it would need replacing again, but he was able to repair it. I wanted a particular window cleaned but thought the huge L-shaped sectional would be too heavy to move. Not for Nick and his associate. They clean up very nicely as they work the job and at the end. We have been in our home for 25 years and it had been awhile since I had them done professionally. Nick and his partner did a fantastic job on our home. I submitted an request for a window cleaning online, and received a call back from Nick that same day and we arranged an appointment for a couple days later, which was great. Nick arrived on time, was courteous and very competent. I love my clean windows!!!!! We bought a new construction home back in February, so our backyard was just dirt for a couple months. Needless to say, our windows were dirty!!
