I took it to an advertised body shop that described a major repair that would take a week to order parts. It is our only car and we had family arriving in a few days. I called GEICO, to ask for a body shop recommendation. They suggested 3R Auto Body Shop. They could not have been kinder, they were able to do a perfect repair within 2 days at a price $1000 less than the other shop estimated. I wish I could give them more than five stars!

When I kept pushing, he said he would look more into it. I haven't heard anything from him. Since that conversation, I have spoken to the other businesses involved and all signs have pointed to Crash Champions dropping the ball, multiple times. What is now being handled as of 5/27/26, should have been handled on 3/26/26. The ball is now rolling, but took 2 months and caused irreversible troubles. I am unsure of next steps but what this business did is unacceptable and I'll be looking into where it can be reported/investigated.
