After a very brief look at my vehicle--seemed like15 seconds--they told me the repairs would take at least two weeks and made it sound as though my entire front bumper would need to be reconstructed. The assessment felt very quick and excessive, especially given the limited time they spent actually inspecting the damage. Based on past experiences where I've had more significant damage repaired in a similar timeframe, this estimate did not feel realistic. The explanation also lacked detail, which made it hard to feel confident in how they arrived at that conclusion. Overall, the interaction left me feeling uncertain about the transparency of the process and whether the scope and timeline of repairs were being overstated. Since I am able to choose where my vehicle is repaired, I decided to get additional quotes. I ultimately went with Largo Auto Body, where the experience was completely different. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle, clearly explained what repairs might be needed, and walked me through the quote in a straightforward and transparent way--including possible additional items if they became necessary. Their estimated repair time was also significantly shorter and felt much more reasonable. I also didn't like that I was told that my insurance will approve the additional time for me to have a rental which I actually would have exceeded, so I'm not sure if they believe my insurance would just happily add as many days as they felt they needed to fix the damage. Because of the contrast between the two experiences, I felt far more comfortable moving forward with Largo Auto Body. * this was my experience and my personal view on the experience.

I'm…read morenot from the area and I just got lucky enough to be passing his shop in an emergency situation. I had one tire with a nail in it, which he plugged right away, and one tire with a large chunk of metal that went through the tire, which shredded my tire completely. He worked closely with his tenant located in the same building, Onsite Tires New and Used, to help me get an almost brand new run flat tire at a bargain price. At first, we believed that I'd need a new sensor for the tire which was shredded. I was in his office ready to pay $90 for the new sensor when Richard ran in to stop the transaction. He is so honest that instead of taking advantage of me in my emergency situation, he came in to tell me that what we heard loose in the tire and thought was a broken sensor was actually the enormous piece of metal shredding my tire from the inside. And I did not need a new sensor. I was definitely impressed! Richard fixed me up with a new tire and a patched tire in literally 15 minutes and I was on my way. He and his staff were kind, professional, respectful, quick, and most of all truly possessed an unparalleled integrity. In fact, Richard was so amazing, I made the 45 minute trip all the way back to his shop the very next day to purchase the matching run flat tire, at the same exceptional price as the previous day. Richard and his staff are true assets in the auto repair industry and I highly recommend them!
