CONSIDER GETTING OTHER QUOTES I came here to get a quote and let them know upfront that I would be going through my insurance. After a very brief look at my vehicle--seemed like15 seconds--they told me the repairs would take at least two weeks and made it sound as though my entire front bumper would need to be reconstructed. The assessment felt very quick and excessive, especially given the limited time they spent actually inspecting the damage. Based on past experiences where I've had more significant damage repaired in a similar timeframe, this estimate did not feel realistic. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The explanation also lacked detail, which made it hard to feel confident in how they arrived at that conclusion.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, the interaction left me feeling uncertain about the transparency of the process and whether the scope and timeline of repairs were being overstated. Since I am able to choose where my vehicle is repaired, I decided to get additional quotes. I ultimately went with Largo Auto Body, where the experience was completely different. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle, clearly explained what repairs might be needed, and walked me through the quote in a straightforward and transparent way--including possible additional items if they became necessary. Their estimated repair time was also significantly shorter and felt much more reasonable. I also didn't like that I was told that my insurance will approve the additional time for me to have a rental which I actually would have exceeded, so I'm not sure if they believe my insurance would just happily add as many days as they felt they needed to fix the damage. IDK if it's the years of Little man's syndrome that has built up or what, but the little guy had road rage in his lobby on camera with me trying to be big and strong. Then tells me after 3 months of having my vehicle they need it for another additional 22 days. I demanded they give me my keys and remainder of my funds, they said no, they are keeping all the money and they are not giving me anything. I just got my 2002 Ford Ranger back from Wrecktified and boy did they do a GREAT job! My passenger door got whacked on I-4 during the frenzied hurricane evacuation, turned it around on the hinge. They found a replacement door within a week and matched the yellow paint and pinstriping perfectly! They salvaged all the internal mechanisms, power window & locks and the door closes better than before the accident! Took 6 weeks to repair vehicle with severe front end damage. Seems as though greed won over integrity. They did what they could to repair the vehicle rather than get it totaled out. Maybe that's how long it needed to take but get a load of this: They never once reached out to communicate information or give updates on status. Continuously told us they were waiting on parts, paint, and authorizations. Tried to give us the vehicle with misaligned fender, fog light out, and a broken windshield. The windshield was not reported by the adjuster. Skip denied any knowledge or responsibility. Chime to find out later, The Glass Doctor found the windshield was broken when they installed a bracket for the hood. They had to have known. Found out later there were low to no fluids and the headlights were not adjusted properly. They also somehow couldn't get new tires. Yeah, they were worn but the car got dragged everywhere for a month. Upon final presentation, the exterior was filthy. The radio was on a Spanish station with someone's clothes in the back seat. I would bet they were letting someone use the car for personal reasons. It seems like the hood weighs twice as much as previously. They likely used far to much filler paste rather than skill. They should have replace the hood because it was demolished. The final paint is pretty terrible. The surface of the hood is spotty, grainy, uneven, and pitted. It's obvious they had no investment in the project. For as long as we waited and as much work they allegedly put in, you think it'd be perfect. We are extremely dissatisfied and do not recommend! read more

Everytime I would call in to check on my car, I was given a new date it would be ready. I showed up to pick it up finally. Owner Justin lied to me about having parts ordered to repair my car, and blamed the dealer. I called the dealer myself to find out the parts were just ordered that same day. It took over a month to get my car back and the hood now has a notable gap in between where it latches and they did not secure the wheel hubs (plastic part on inside of wheel) and the friction from my tires caused them to break off and cause one of my side panels to pop out. One star because they fixed the wheel hubs when I returned. My hood is still messed up. But overall my experience was very poor and I do not feel that this auto shop is honest. read more

I am beyond impressed with what Justin did. His original time frame was 3 days to repair. He literally did it in a day earlier which made me very happy because it even saved me a day worth of car rental. I got 10 different estimates from other body shops and he was neither too cheap nor too expensive and his prices were somewhere in the middle which met my expectations and it was super thoroughly done with the exact paint matching of my car. Definitely I am grading him as 5/5 and probably higher but unfortunately that is the highest grading score the google reviews has set up. Will definitely use him next time as he is really good with what he has done. Good work justin. read more

We've brought several vehicles here to be fixed or modified and every time we are more than pleased with the results. Most recently we brought our brand new SUV in to have some after market customizations. The process was quick and easy. There was a slight hiccup when removing one of the badges on the back of the car- something my untrained eye would have never noticed, but the team worked to make sure the car looked perfect and I was able to pick it up in time to grab my kids from school. WARNING, DO BUSINESS HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! It's 4:30 am and I can't sleep knowing that someone else may end up in the same nightmare that this shop has put me through. I had to get the warning out! They sent me down the road with a bent subframe, a bent axle, and a bent strut that would later cost over $4,000 to repair at another reputable shop. When I asked Wrecktified to correct the issues under their "lifetime warranty" I was basically told to go pound sand. I had a multitude of other issues to boot. The only defective work they agreed to correct under their warranty, was the door gasket they forgot to install. And they even argued that, and took several weeks to do it. The list of excuses they offer on you include; "It was pre-existing", "We didn't do it", or my favorite...."The insurance company made me do it". If you do work here you can expect, defective used parts, improper color matches, poor door gapping, parts left off of the car and on, and on, and on. Any other reputable shop would have totalled my car. This shop is akin to a chop shop that puts "lipstick on the pig and send you packing. I asked the owner for his last name for service of process to go to court and he refused to give it. This is not a man who will stand behind his business or quality of work. For anyone who who finds themselves in the situation where litigation is necessary. The owners last name is TORRES. I will save you the extra work he put me through to get his name. I did eventually find it. It was difficult for sure, but I was committed. I will revise this review shortly but had to get something up to warn prospective customers. My conscience demanded it. I am very upset that I had to even give them 1 star. A revised review is forth coming with all of the photos, but I had to get a review up to keep anyone else from ending up in the same horror show. My car was returned with used parts. The estimate showed all new parts but a lot of old parts were straightened out and reused. Parts we're glued back together with plastic bond. Front emblem was broken off grill and glued on new grill. This place charged my insurance company a lot, what I received was a botched repair. Go in today and guy said oh no, we dont honor the warranty because we are new owners and we might change the name and use differant tools and stuff? Great service and prices. My Wife pulled out of the driveway and dinged my Cadillac while she was checking her phone. Was planning on fixing some sunspots I had before this incident. The quote I got for a dented driver's side door and fixing sun damage was almost the same as I was quoted for fixing sun damage. Highly recommend place. In and out in 3 days.
