The same seems to be the case for Rich who has been working at Dan's new location for about 40 years. When Dan acquired the Drew Street location (he used to be in downtown Clearwater), Rich had already been working there. What you get at All Round is a couple of really seasoned mechanics who know what they're doing and have probably worked on every model of car on the road. Desperate for an honest and well experienced mechanic, I called Tim on a Saturday and left a message (closed for weekend). No sooner did I hang up and Tim texted me to bring it in Monday morning. I got there as soon as they opened and Matt took care of me quickly even though they were busy. A bad DPF sensor was the problem. I was treated well and fairly, the job was completed professionally. They finally got the okay to work on it and from there it was just downhill. There was no communication on the status of my vehicle, I had to call in to get updates as it was taking awhile to hear anything. Finally got ahold of the guy taking care of my car and it would just be one thing after the other that now needs fixed, oh and don't think they have the parts on hand, had to wait multiple days for them to receive these parts. Finally got a call that it was done after almost a month!!!! Picked it up with literally no gas in the tank so that was a nice surprise, not. The lady at reception did not seem to care whatsoever. But last year or so, wait times have been over 4 hours. I have back issues so waiting that long is just too long. Of course the dealer comes up with thousands of dollars of work needed. So I came back here, no more dealers! Chris and staff were friendly and very helpful. They got me in right away and having only one car, they insured I got home & back. They are very honest and do not work on commissions, so I can trust what they tell me is needed. One thing that brought me to Murray Motive in the beginning was the fact that the company supported missionaries in Honduras and other places by providing service and auto supplies for missionary cars. My experience with them has been nothing but positive and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs auto repairs.
