Being it was my first time to this location I was pleasantly surprised by the free parking for customers behind the store. That alone warrants them an extra star. Once inside surprised by the concrete flooring they looked like they were under renovation but who do I ask? I get to work to see where the bedding is and a couple displays to inspire me. I chose the quilt in a king size in a floral stitch flax color. I go to the register that had no customers and asked the sales associate for the item in the size needed. She checked in the back and was gone a long time I figure I got a 50/50 chance they will have it. Pleasantly surprised I was brought one still in its plastic wrapped up. I was than rung up on the register. No sale unfortunately but they haven't had any sales in a while. Just thankful I got what I needed. Definitely needed to see in person the stitching detail which you can't really see online. Not the color of my etoile shams will go with it. Definitely will return again for all my future needs.

She helped bring all of my ideas together, offered valuable advice on tile sizes and color combinations, and guided me in selecting the perfect grout. I provided my measurements, and she even helped calculate exactly how much material I would need. Overall, Ally made my first Home & Decor experience an excellent one. His Price conscious and wants to find the best deal and I just want something that goes with the theme of what I'm remodeling at the time. I have shopped here on two separate occasion. The first was when I was replacing all the floors in my house and we ended up finding a dark espresso wood floor. We were greeted upon arrival and offered assistance multiple times throughout our visit. Most likely they were checking to make sure we weren't going to kill each other. Since we tend to bicker with each other like an old married couple. Lol The second time was recently when I was remodeling my kitchen. We came in for backsplash.... We were greeted again and we reached out to a few different sales clerks on help and prices. My dad from Greece and refuses to purchase anything from Turkey which limited our selection a lot. **insert annoyed eyes** - Location: This store is located off of Victory Drive behind the ihop and Xfinity store and across from Whole Foods. It doesn't have a lot of parking like Lowe's or Home Depot and is quite cramped if ihop is busy. Plus, the spaces are narrow and doesn't give you a lot of space for loading. - Building/Store: Its basically a large warehouse with flooring around the outer left and back walls, backsplash is to the right and along the wall and they have a small clearance selection by the restrooms. And in the middle is a mix of porcelain, glass and marble tiles. It's clean and open. - Service: The staff were helpful and actually seemed to enjoy their job and were happy to be there. Which is always a plus. They were also patient with us while we ended up trying to decide what we needed. - Merchandise: Even if we weren't being picky about where the tile was imported from. They don't have an large selection of different types of tile to pick from. There was more porcelain and ceramic then marble and granite which is what we were looking for. They are also SUPER limited on what they offer for Granite countertops which is why we ended up getting for our tops somewhere else and for cheaper. Overall: It's a decent location if you are looking for a good deal for doing a simple job.

The Paris Market is essentially like an antique shop, museum, and classy cafe all came together at once. It has a perfect vibe and aesthetic that is honestly very calming when you've been rushing around the streets of Savannah prior to walking in the door. I highly recommend getting any flavor of latte (hot or iced) as well as their incredible Parisian hot chocolate. Both were delicious and actually worth the $6/$7 price tag! My wife (Jo) and I had been considering renovating our kitchen and the timing seemed perfect during the COVID shutdowns when we thought we had selected the right vendor to do the job. We decided to meet with KDS who primarily does cabinetry work as they wanted to expand their business into doing full renovations. We met with John and Shawn Thompson at the KDS showroom and then at our house with their staff to discuss the scope of the project. This was a pretty big job with the demolishing of our old kitchen, removing the old tile floors and putting new ones down (in three rooms beside the kitchen), a adding number of new; appliances, cabinets, counter tops, farmers sink, wall tiling, with the corresponding electrical, plumbing, dry wall, interior painting and HVAC work to make it all happen! Once we met with the team we were reassured that they had dependable contractors they had used and would be using them for the project. We decided as well to pay for the services of Shawn (John's wife) as the project manager (she also did interior design as well!) to ensure that we would have scheduling and accountability for the work. Shaw developed the schedule and John worked up the cost of the complete project. We were given a 4-6 week projection for the work, but Shawn said she was going to target for three and half weeks! I have extensive project management experience and it looked tight with everything having to go right to do that (which is normally not the case...), but knowing that we agreed on the project with a last minute change being added by us when we decided to move a small wall to enlarge a closet as part of the project (not usually a good idea to make last minute changes...). They hit the ground running with a well coordinated team that worked well together. We had a functioning fully renovated kitchen in FOUR weeks with a larger pantry closet, except for some punch list items that took a little while longer to knock out. The results were spectacular and we are thrilled with the quality of their work and the timeless of the project! We full heartily recommend Kitchen Design Solutions as the attached pictures show the quality of their work!

They have operated in GA only and now are preying on the influx of people coming to FL. I contacted them for a bid and Richard came immediately. The price was right (first red flag) so I proceeded. We picked out the stone at UMI where he said to go. After choosing the stone we found out he had no account. This concerned me but he told a Good story. He asked for an 80% deposit which I refused. Then he said 50% material. Because it was an e tire home I asked to break it apart in the kitchen as one phase n laundry/ baths as another. He agreed and I paid for the stone in the bath/laundry first. After his run around for weeks, they came and did the bath only- no laundry room. He said he'd be back for laundry when he did kitchen. I paid him Upon finishing the bath on all labor for bath n laundry room. He was supposed to finish the kitchen a few days later. When he didn't show as promised he cussed me out, insulted me, complained I was ruining his vacation in Greece and my project wasn't his problem. After days of back n forth he gave another install date. He never showed. When I asked why, he stated the edges were taking longer and he'd let me know. Something smelled fishy so I contacted UMI and he'd never purchased the kitchen stone at ALL! They were still there. He'd taken my money for a slab for laundry, 3 slabs for the kitchen and stated they were fabricating it yet never even purchased them. This is now a full felony committed not just poor ethics and terrible business. We have filed with our financial institutions, and he is still not refunding our money. We had to pay another contractor to go purchase the stone, tel he exact stone we have in writing he said he's fabricated, and pay a premium as we are unliveable in our home now. On top of all of this the work he did do, is shotty and installed wrong so we have to have it all pulled out and refitted. The shower seat collects over 1" of water, the edges aren't true, and the threshold for the shower wasn't adhered and still loose. All this resulted with my calling of American Express and local legal counsel to help with resolving our concerns. Don't let the showroom and a good designer lead you to make the initial decision I did. I started to list all the problems but decided it would make this review too long and would be too depressing to remember.
