Nope, not at all! My dad is a frequent here as he enjoys fixing up cars and I went with him one day because this place also sells cars and he saw one that he liked driving by. We went the day after a big snow day and were not allowed to go into the yard because of ice, which was actually really thoughtful. The guys there did help answer all of my dads questions about the vehicle and they laid it out to him honestly, telling him what was wrong with the vehicle, the make, the model, the year and an estimate on just how much it would cost to get it in good running order. I know my dad has also picked up spare parts from here and we've benefitted from it by such little things as windshield wipers and I think tires too. Just a quick note about the street it's on: it's a super commercial road so it has a lot of work trucks barreling up and down. At it's worst it has giant potholes and also can be addled with nails that have fallen off the trucks. Be wary and vigilant when driving around here!

I'm pretty sure it was the blond ponytail guy, and another guy, but they were ripping on each other so hard, and creatively, I was cracking up just standing there. They were as funny as Howard Stern (at the time, still in his prime), and I told them they should have their own radio show. Fast forward to today, I stopped in to try to junk an old car, and they were still as polite, courteous, and professional as before, only this time they went above and beyond to help me out. We couldn't make a deal, but they did refer me to a colleague who gave me the best price. Who ever is running the show over there is doing a great job, because it's always a pleasure to stop in. Fantastic shop, these guys set the standard of customer service, regardless of industry. Thanks.

Norlt only did he not let me finish a sentence he was also clueless about any car question I asked him. He gave me not one but FOUR horrible engines. The first blew up within a week of having it and I was nearly slammed by another car since I was on the freeway, the second was even a match so my shop who was going to do the work refused to put it in. The third had a loose part in the engine so yet again they had to replace it. Finally on number for its still knocking. This guy knows NOTHING about cars other than they go vroom vroom and beep beep. Save your money and DO NOT go to him!

The mechanic Shorty told him to keep driving the car and it would correct itself. Thanking the Creator that he took it to Roger. They welcomed me back with open arms and gave me the royal treatment. Anyways, They replaced a my blown subwoofer along with a cable head connection thingy and installed it at a reasonable price and in such a short time.
