After 3 hours I never received a call, so I decided to go pick up my car anyways. When I arrived I was told that they were finishing up and working on the back window; I waited 2 more hours there and wasn't happy. When they finally finished there were some small bubble, but was told by Carlos that this was normal and if they didn't disappear I could come back to get it redone. After 5 days there were still bubbles, so I contacted the business and setup an appointment to bring it in at 8am. The person I left the car with, said it would be done by 5pm this time. I returned at 4:45pm, since I didn't receive an update, and was told they were having issues with the rear window again. My car had been in their hands for 9 hours, no call, assured it would be done by 5pm, and still had to wait 2 extra hours. I wasn't happy with their service. Would I recommend anyone there?? Absolutely not!!! P.s. I understand getting customers is important, but what do you do with those customers when you receive them??? My advice, keep your customers informed of the status of their vehicle.
