He "maintenance's" them himself (horrible exp). just sat here and watched a spin cycle go from 1mi - - - 1min - - - repeated over and over at least 5 times. and each type that 1min was actually 5min.... and finally when i got my stuff out they were all sopping wet dripping and pooled. what was only suppose to be a 30 min errand turned into 2 hours because im not leaving my stuff with him in this ghetto joint. nor will i ever be coming back, he need to sell this establishment to someone who can actually maintain and afford to keep it neat and tidy and all working. For that to happen people need to stop going here and force him to rethink this venture.

Lots of regulars, so the place feels comfortable and familiar. Even as a first-timer, I felt at ease. I used the largest washers they had. Most washers and dryers were working and clean. Those they weren't working had signs stating so. Many of them had cute little signs or drawings. The staff/owners were very helpful and attentive. They helped me get the biggest bang for my quarters. They spoke with everyone who came in, and those walking by too. :) Great neighborhood place. They do have drop-off services.

The staff is actually incredible. They also do drop off and dry clean, so if you don't want to stay, you can get just about anything done here. The problem lies in…read morethe fact that there is no number to call to check your balance on the card and despite the card saying that there's a number on the machine to call to check your balance when I call Cleary's to get the number on the machine there is no phone number. I don't know if this is a scam to get people to come back to check the balance on their card thinking they can do their laundry and then finding out they can't because nowadays with the way money is and the way people are having a hard time of it there should be a number to call to get your card balance. I have dealt with many card operated laundromats before and this has never been a problem there's usually a number on the back of the card or there's a number on the machine that the person at the laundromat can give you. This is bad business. They don't care whether or not you have to waste time to go down and get your card balance even if you have nothing on your card and barely any gas in your tank just to see if you have enough money to do your laundry.
