Got there and they had a large commercial spreader ready for me. They transferred the contents to a large bag that I could haul in my pickup. Spread almost 1100 pounds, great fertilizer, apparently the fire ants love the treatment, had no effect on them and the rye grass that was mixed in is growing well.

If you don't mind getting ripped of on service then it's the perfect place to go. They are like a new car dealership where the service departments service writers are paid a commission for the service that they write. This is nothing more then a ticket to steal and boy did they try. The first estimate was for over $6,000.00. I narrowed it down to the necessary things that needed to be done and not the cosmetics or the extras. They also tried to sell me two floor mats for the tractor. One was already in the tractor. When I called the service manager out on that and we walked back and looked at it he said he didn't know why it was on the estimate. He also tried to charge 45 minutes to install it. I bought one and installed it myself in less then two minutes. 20Min. to install a hydraulic cap. It took 5 seconds. 20 Min for two missing wheel nuts. It took less then two minutes. They ended up not charging me for those things. I ended up paying a little over $3,000.00 . They then delivered the tractor and the driver couldn't get it in reverse to get it off the trailer. I didn't have a problem with it going in reverse when I drove it.. The gentleman who delivered it said it was doing that the whole time it was there. He called the service manager and I talked with him and he said it had never done that???? I had done my homework and talked to several other places and those service facility's told me the same exact thing as to what three things or combination of them could cause the reverse issue.Loanstar Ranch gave me an estimate for another $12,000.00. I ended up taking my tractor to another service facility in Ft Worth TX and turned out to be a little over $6,000.00 less then Loanstar Ranch and did not need half of what they tried to say it needed. Buyer be very aware!! These are not ethical people by a long shot in my opinion!!! Run for the hills!!!

Even though I told them I asked them to bring more they didn't care at all. Won't be going to them for anything ever again.

Reason being their in house Financing Graceland shed rental is a complete scam I had been paying on my shed for little over a year with $150 payments and in all that time my payoff amount on a $3,780 beginning amount was over $3,400. They told me that only 43.33% of each payment goes to the principal but it feels much less since my balance only went $300ish over the year I made payments of $150 a month. I'm not saying don't buy from here I'm saying don't use their in house financing it's complete trash. I feel ripped off with their financial part and want to warn people to not use it.
