This will be a long review but I wanted to tell my wonderful experience with this company. To start with I called and left a message to ask about availability for the time I would be in the area, I received a call back and was placed on the books for a quote. They came out a took notes on everything I wanted/needed fixed. Here is the list of my solar was not charging, my kitchen faucet needed to be fixed, my shower faucet needed fixed, (I found out the rig did not get wintriness correctly), my furnace was not working, I needed a after market awing installed, and a look at my water heater. The team was very knowledgeable about my 28 year old motorhome that I only have owned for 2 months. The next day after they came out to give me a quote, they had the quote ready. This team is very hard working, honest and they communicated with me about realistic expectations about my repairs. Not only did they address my long list on things I needed done but they asked how I would be using my Motorhome ( Harvey ). I told them I was wanting to stay on BLM land and do some boondocking. This is very important for my solar capability for my needs. Not only does this team work hard but they are very knowledgeable about solar needs with boondocking from personal experience. Not only did I get great service but I was given information and up grades that will help in the area I wanted to go to in the western part of US. They also gave my some beautiful sites GPS pin for me to visit in the areas I want to go too. Scott was not only able to get my solar up and working but walked my through my system and how it operates. I am fully confident in my rig solar system. The Solar system that was original installed was done by the previous owner who did not have any solar experience. Scott was able to design a safe and operational solar system to met my needs. Each step along the way Scott communicated what was needed and how it worked so I could make a education decision. When Scott and Brain would find features I did not tell them about they made sure I know what they were and how to use them to make living in My RV Harvey more comfortable. They are professional, kind, communicated, up front, honest, and so efficient. I can not tell how happy was I to find them. I think my solar set up is not only looking so much better but in the future if it needs work it will not be a total tear down now. Such a down to earth, tell you the truth, no beat around the bush talking. They are very real RV loving, honest RV techs. I trust them with my home, My Harvey. Thank you so much. Riva RV did an amazing job both times I've had them come out. First it was my AC and the second for the furnace. They made sure to get them up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible along with fantastic results. I highly recommend them.
