So Tuesday night we are driving down east la Verne way in Palm springs around 7:45 pm driving 10 miles under the speed limit because we were looking for someone's driveway entrance but it was hard to see because a service van was literally driving like 5 feet from behind with their headlights blinding the driver through the rear view mirror. By now we're both freaking out because the driver of the service van is blowing the horn profusely and my driver has extreme anxiety as it is without any assistance. As we pull from a stop sign the service van laid on the horn and my driver flips the middle finger. He was done. Mind you, the entire time I'm waving a white sanitizer towelette to signal we are good, surrendering, however this maniac wanted to translate it. I just wanted him to pass. He did pass then continued to cut us off and slam on his breaks to make us stop. This guy jumps out of the van screaming "who the F are you giving the finger to?" And threatening bodily harm saying he will kick the drivers ass! I was literally speechless. I turned the dash cam in his direction and the service driver said he didn't give a sh-t if he was being recorded. I yelled get in your van and let's all go home! He said he was heading to an emergency and that was reason enough to tailgate us, and threaten us. These are the people you hire?? They are a liability to your company and your reputation. I'm the last person to want ANYONE to lose their job but the more I watched the video the more upset I got. No matter the situation, you never threaten a person with bodily harm. Two very courteous young men, Jerry and Fred, worked diligently for about two hours on our smallish home. They were careful moving furniture around and left small styrofoam pads under each piece of furniture after placing furniture back where they found it. They voluntarily cleaned a commercial carpet we have in the garage. A neat surprise! Before they left they gave us booties and some instructions about drying and care. The CLEENX company should be SHUT DOWN. They came here to complete a mold removal job, and have been negligent since the job started. On more than one occasion the workers left open, exposed mold which is hazardous to ones health. In addition, they only worked an hour, or two each day. CleenX has been removed from the job, and we now have an OUTSTANDING company rebuilding our kitchen. To sum this review up, I would HIGHLY recommend that you DO NOT use CLEENX for any type mold removal job. read more

If there's an option of giving no star I would love to select that.We had water leakage and we contacted this company.Guy came and started working n insurance got involved.They started the work n kept telling us we will leave your house as new as we saw it.For couple of months they worked.In the mean while they broke my counter top.Tried to fix it with glue but of course you can't glue granite.Then they broke my brand new oven.When they were installing the cabinets they trashed the original pieces and installed the chip board materials.They messed the whole kitchen.They negotiates with insurance and closed the case.They left our work in middle of no where.My whole kitchen is ripped off.Inside cabinets the boards are cut small n everything is upside down.We are trying to find a good company to get our kitchen back because they ruined everything.I would never recommend this company.Specially be aware of guy named Dustin.We talked to him but he never showed up in the whole process.Please be aware.Search for good company.Total disaster. read more

After my neighbor flooded 2 feet of my carpet along its length, CleenX charged me $2600 to put fans on it and clean it. When I objected to the overcharges they went to such lengths to collect that I had no choice but to pay. Recently I had flooding to another room with worse damage to the carpet. Ace Carpet Cleaning charged me $125 and the result was the same, if not better. Ace did three rooms for $125. CleenX did one room for $2600. read more
