The other driver was also represented via State Farm. I was clipped by another driver as I started to "veer" over (not crossing the marked lines). It was a construction zone and the other driver had switched over to the turn lane and sped up to pass illegally. He was trying to leapfrog back into my lane. The other driver then tried to leave the scene. I had to pursuit him to get him to pull over. Because I said the word "veer", I was found to be at fault. I called "my agent" (Jim Spachman) to describe what had happened. He told me that there is/was nothing he could do to help. Like a good neighbor? More like the sleazy local bill collector! While someone like myself, that struggles with monthly finances (because of things like insurance rate increases), Jim is off on another fun and sunny vacation. Thanks Jim! Hope you choke!

I have also asked multiple times for them to send a complete breakdown of all of the fees charged to the account and still have not gotten it as of the time this review was posted. Avoid this bank at all costs, they are not trustworthy
