When I called to get an explanation on why we would receive such a large increase when they paid nothing the entire year? Their answer was a simple one. They were allowed too. My policy experienced the same increase. They told me they sent me a notice that advised me of the increase. How convenient for them that I never received said notice and now we are stuck with that increase until next year since it is a Medicare plan. They are the best example of buyer beware.
