I went to this group because someone I know was using them. I was looking for a Insurance policy which typically has an annual cost between $2,500 - $4,000. I emailed them for a proposal. The response I received was within 24 hours, and I was told I would get proposals by the next week. A month passes, I hear nothing, I follow up asking what the status was. After a few days I received an email, with apologies, etc., and was told I would have a proposal by the following week. Another 10 days goes by still no response. I sent another email, asking if they are not interested in my business, no answer for 4 days, then I get a response apologizing again, and giving me a proposal. Thankfully, I was talking with other companies because the proposal TW gave me was $1,000 higher then anyone else. What a complete waste of time. After all of this I have come to realize Commercial policies are beyond their knowledge base.
