Called yesterday to schedule an appointment for an oil change and got right in for the following day (my choice) staff was very welcoming and professional upon arrival and made suggestions on other services I should look into. Considering with my car dealership deal , I have to get my services done here regardless so I agreed upon the oil change and tire rotation . I haven't had any problems and plan on keeping my car service needs at the breakdown prices of service as needed. Location is great. Service is speedy and waiting area is female friendly lol. Run beware, they are predators for the black community and especially lower income. They advertised a car at one price when they found out I was paying cash and didn't need their ridiculous high priced financial support they added 4,000.00 more to the selling price as a punishment for not allowing myself to be ripe off with their financing rap charges and have excellent excellent credit score. I wouldn't get out fast enough. They wasted three days of my time. Yes they play around for the longest time having you wait around for nothing. People run do not walk keep driving do not use this business. They sell bogus warranties and refuse to fix when all daily maintenance is documented. Not only do they do this, but they hide behind phone systems and texting and do not answer phone calls requesting updates. We waited 5 days while they held our vehicle under the pretense of checking with the warranty company. After calling daily they finally contact us and say that the $700 repair is not covered under the 300,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty. Ditto these 1 star reviews. Same thing with me regarding the warranty. I purchased it and they did not honor it. Took my car in for an oil leak, they didn't get back with me for weeks. I went through at least 3 service advisors all of whom told me something different each time I called. I am an elder gentleman, remained patient, and trusted them. The worst was this man name Blake who frankly yelled at me when I called asking for an update. I was nice, sometimes I talk loud because of my disability but the this Blake man was just mean for no reason. My neighbor heard it one time and pushed record on by TTD device. I had some guy named Scott who never gave me a straight answer, but I still kept following what he told me even thought the man never got back with me. Then after 30 days all of a sudden I had a man named Toni who was so angry that I called to see what was going on. All he ever said is it got dumped on him. He told me something different every day. I do give this Toni an A for being polite initially when I called about it even though each day he kept changing the price to something different from what he said the day before. Then he would say he didn't say that. ( even though we had started recording it). He changed his tune even mid conversation every time I talked to him but figured "probably never had a professional job or knows how to give a straight answer; at least he's polite when he twists and turns mid sentence; cut the boy a break; he probably doesn't know how to do things honestly; boy probably can't help it; he just needs a job and this was all he could find" One day I asked this Toni to price me out a new transmission. He was so nice and said he would. I was so happy there was a light at the end of the tunnel, went and got $ 7000.00 out of my bank to pay for it in advance to get this car back as soon as they could confirm they could get this done. Then the next day this Toni called early in the morning and said" We're not doing anything else, come pick up your car." I asked to explain, we just talked at 4:00pm the day prior. He refused. So then I thought maybe he was confused with someone else and hadn't had his coffee, gave him some time to get the day started. I call him back later in the day to see what he was talking about. This Toni got really really mad and yelled at me. I assume because I am old and hard of hearing. My home care nurse recorded all of it for my family to hear that night when they got home from work. My nurse thought it was elder abuse. Don't know if it is or isn't but she was really concerned about it and wanted my family to hear it. The owner will come on and say this didn't happen BUT MY WIFE WAS WITH ME TODAY TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE. SHOULD HAVE SEEN WHAT THIS BLAKE AND TONI GUY DID AND HOW THEY ACTED. SHE TAPED THE ENTIRE THING AND IT'S LIVE ON FACEBOOK. Maybe that will help others down the road. Just about every vehicle this dealer advertises on autotrader or cars.com is priced $2000 less than their actual selling price. In other words, their cars are $2000 more expensive to purchase compared to what is advertised. Don't take my word for it, try it for yourself. Look up a Clement auto for sale on cars.com or autotrader. What they do is they show you the price when you search for the car but you could only get the advertised price if you use their financing and have a certain type of trade-in vehicle. If I could give zero stars I would. Totally pulled a bait and switch tactic on me. I would not recommend this dealership unless you want to be lied to, even after confirming several times. This place is very unprofessional when it comes down to treating people right. I brought a truck from these people last month whose business is in Florissant, MO. and had to have it buffed off to remove all the scratches, and after a week had passed, the scratches were still there. They also promise me to remove the smoke smell from inside the vehicle, but it is still there as well. You can't get anyone on the phone, and when you do get someone, the person who you want to speak to is either too busy to take your call, or they send you to a voice mail and never return you call. I hope I don't have a problem with this vehicle because I did buy a $4000.00 warranty. Buyer please beware, if you have read this review, then you have been warned. I wished I had gone to a more professional business. All of this one star in the review session is real. No one has money to throw away as hard as times are right now. My Daughter in Law purchased a Jeep in the beginning of 2024. It has had several service issues since the purchase. The repair shop could not find the issues with the "Miss-Fire" codes and after the initial repair, it stopped on her at the ramp to 270 within sight of the dealership and was leaking fuel profprofusely. The dealership would not send the tow truc that was parked at the Dealership after several calls for help. We had to call another tow service to get it towed back back to the shop. They once again tried to repair it and we were told someone was fired over this incident but they would have their "Best" Service personell perfom the repair. We pucked it up two days later but it still had tge "Miss-Fire" Issue We took it to All Star, a few miles down the street and they found the issue was a cracked Intake manifold. They believed Clement actuall caused this issue at the first attempt to repair this problem. I have read many complaints with this organization, and woul avoid this entire group of goofball like the plague Unorganized and unhelpful is the best description I can say for these terrible group of people. absolutely atrocious service. Ever since I bought a vehicle from this place I've had nothing but issue. Bought the vehicle and had to take it back within 5 minutes of taking it off the lot. Yes they fixed the coolant issue, but the communication of this outfit is non existent. not know what was happening with the vehicle shoul have been enough of a red flag to cancel the deal, but gave them the benefit of doubt. Worse mistake I made. Engine Light came weeks later, and they had the vehicle for a week. in that time had absolutely no communication on what was wrong with the vehicle or when the problem would be fixed. Trying to call the service department was like trying to get hold of the president. Impossible!!!. Engine light came on once again. Catalytic converter issue this time. They once again took no responsibility even though I pointed out that the previous issue of a coolant leak was responsible for this. Again no communication and diabolical responses. Plus they lock you in with they're service department with the warranty. take you car anywhere else and you forfeit your warrant. which is also a farce, as it only covers $5000 worth of repairs. I wish I could give them a negative 0 they are horrible the owner Raj Clement is a cheap skate he doesn't honor that bogus mission/vision statement they have plastered on their wall. His company damaged my rim after several times of me taking my truck back up there because of brake issues which is a safety concern by the way. Raj is money hungry he doesn't care about people having to take off work to continuously have to come back and forth to this unprofessional business to get things fixed on vehicles that they are paying car notes on. People have to work to pay these car notes and there should never be a time where customers have to come keep coming back 4, 5 or 6 times about issues they are having with their vehicles. We are driving our families around in these lemon cars that are being sold and the issues that are being reported such as transmission problems, brake problems, car engine light coming on these are major and dangerous issues. On top of all this as a single parent you want me to pay 200.00 on something that was not my fault. Because of brake issues that I've had with this truck the lug nuts on the tire was incorrect and they had to burn off a lug nut that did not properly for the tire another safety issue (if this was properly inspected as they stated this issue along with the brakes would have been caught and fixed before selling this truck)which left my rim damaged I was told that the rim was no longer available so the logical solution would be to replace all the rims since your company your technician is the one who damaged the rim. I have been going back and forth with this company for weeks trying to get them to replace my rim/or replace my rims that are equivalent to what I already have and they are telling me that i either have to ride around with mix match rims or pay 200.00 out of pocket for something that was not my fault. Raj Clement the owner refuses to take responsibility and replace the rims. Did I mention that his company is at fault. So he wants me to pay 200.00 dollars for their mistake? 200.00 that I don't have to just give away to a company that is refusing to accept responsibilities for their mistake because of Raj Clement a cheap skate swindling dishonest grifter. I am so furious and frustrated with these people if i had known what I know now I would have ran the other way. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership! I bought a Platinum Ford F150 from them and have nothing but issues since driving off the lot. Not only did my AC go out 2 days after having this truck. But also a squeak started, and my heat does not work. It took me a month to get an appointment for the truck to go to their so called "service center" because no one answers the phone or responds to voicemails. They have had my truck for almost 2 months at this point and still have not finished the repairs. They have given me numerous excuses on why they cannot complete the project but non have been acceptable. I have racked up a bill of 3500 dollars in rental fees and counting. This is ridiculous!
