My daughter started when I went back to work at 6 months and is currently 17 months old. The teachers at clockwise are so kind and attentive to her needs. They notice everything and keep me updated. Every day we get a report which is so helpful to see how long she napped, what she ate, etc. Clockwise taught her how to crawl, walk, transition to formula, and even transition off bottles. The pre-school teachers, Vanessa and Tyasia attempted to cover up the incident. Tyasia then breached my confidentiality as a parent and gave mine and my husband's personal information to her mother, who posted our photos online on Facebook and defamed our character, accusing us of threatening her daughter. Vanessa and Tyasia made several false statements to management about the situation. The new owners, Jackie and Mike Salters, were awful to deal with, completely unreasonable and heartless. They sided with the teachers, even when my husband and I both explained that the teachers were being dishonest. Jackie and Mike decided to still employ Tyasia-even after I informed them that Tyasia gave my personal info to a third-party, her mother, who used it to attack me and my family online. These issues raise major concerns about the safety of the children at this school and the parents who entrust their children and personal information with the staff. I went through all of this while studying for the bar exam; the owners were well aware of this, but showed no compassion for my family. Jackie kicked my three-year-old out of pre-school, when my daughter was the victim-she was bit in the face by another child and the staff tried to cover it up! Jackie and Mike put us out like garbage on the street and with only a few days notice. I have never been treated so poorly, but worst of all, my innocent baby girl suffered as a result. The Goddard school caused my daughter and my family severe emotional distress and will be further investigated by the State. Protect your children, and stay away from this horrible place at all costs!

Her teachers make a point to give us updates from the day, and it's been really fun getting to know the whole TLE team including staff. My wife and I also love that we get to see pictures of what she's doing with her classmates throughout the day. Also - TLE is competitive from a pricing perspective. I thought the cost would be way higher than what we've seen around Voorhees/Cherry Hill since they have an elevated level of care, they use a phone app, they provide updates/photos throughout the day, etc... but the truth is, it's about the same as what we were paying elsewhere. My review is unbiased and solely what I believe, the directors care about the children, but can be rude. Some of the teachers are good, most are not, I left because of the things I had witnessed and tried to correct, one specific incident was when a child 1 was hit by child 2 because child 2 was having a bad day, teacher held child 2 and told child 1 to hit child 2 back. I informed the directors and their solution for this problem was to place said teacher on leave for the rest of the week and place her in a different room when she returned to work. For me I would think that calls for immediate termination. Teachers favor certain children. All in all I would NEVER send my children here again. My daughter hated going here everyday and now that she is in a new center she asks me every morning if she gets to go to school now. Forever Young has a good facade but be mindful, read reviews, stop in unexpectedly and see how they really run things.

So, we pulled her out of that school and enrolled her in Malvern.
