I had the privilege of meeting Cheyanne, who was very personable and did well on getting out my kinks and finding spots on me that needed work. This was the plan of action I decided to go with as I felt so great after the massage-figured every 4 months would help me out alot. Well, that didn't happen unfortunately.....but it came to a point a few weeks ago I could no longer take all the pain I was having in my neck, shoulders, upper back. Started getting more headaches, driving was bothering my neck, just got to that point when you know something had to be done. SO GLAD when I made the call to get in Cheyanne was still there! The girl at the desk was so helpful and caring. I made the appointment for the 90 minute massage over the 60 minute one because I was in pain for a few weeks. So glad I did! She was able to work out a lot of muscles that were really bad in my neck all the way down to my hips. Some were so bad I had to do some different movements to be able to get at it in different ways. I'm so thankful for her and I'm about 2 weeks out from that massage and doing so much better than I was. I've gotten back outside for walking again and driving isn't causing me headaches from unbearable neck pain. She had some ideas for outside of massage to help so I appreciate her even more! Side note: Some people may need to go see a doctor for similar issues like mine. In my case, I already know about a problem with a disc in my back that causes pinching to certain nerves. So she puts me in a back room i tell her I want 90 minutes she days ok but then 5 minutes later moves me to another room and tells me only can do 60 minutes. Julie suggesting supplementing the reflexology appointment with a massage to bring it to a one-hour visit. She took the time to review with me the benefits of the different treatments. She also assisted me I choosing where the massage might be most beneficial. It was well-worth it. When I left after a blissful hour I was able to walk without pain. It turns out my issue is more serious than what a single reflexology treatment can offer but it was enjoyable and may very well become part of a multi-prong plan.

I have been seeing her on a regular basis for over a year now and she has treated me during my pre-natal and post-natal phases. I have various musculo-skeletal issues, and she worked with my physiotherapist to provide the necessary treatment tailored just for me. She is professional, kind, knowledgeable and has great technique. I would absolutely recommend her to others. The only considerations I would add are: 1) if you're like me and desire an extremely intense amount of pressure/deep tissue, then you might need to supplement what Julie provides with some extra kneading from a ball or roller...or the elbow of a weight lifter. ;) 2) if you want more of a spa experience with some scented candles and the like, then you may not get that, but her room is still very relaxing (I like scented oils personally, and she has used some with me). That being said, I have gone to massage therapists who put an incredible amount of pressure and have gone to spas, but they all lack the technique that Julie has. Julie is definitely the best I have come across so far and will keep going back.
