This is one place that I know will always be honest and reasonably priced. This time, I was having a difficult time finding a place that repaired small tires for riding lawn mowers. I called and randy said he is sure he had the special size replacement inner-tube. I dropped off the tire and by the end of the day, it was fixed and dropped off. The cost was minimal. They told me it needs a new control board, and they looked up the price. $250 for the board. Gives me a quote for $582 to repair the washer. $332 labor charge??? Then tells me I have to pay him $140 for the service call. Worst part is, it wasn't the control board, it was a small hole in the pressure tube, which I fixed for free. I'll never call this guy again.

I called Barry Neal. The sent a guy over to review the job. A few days later they arrived and repair the tiles. I had spare tiles from the builder, so that was a benefit. What a difference it made. I couldn't afford to pay that much again for them to pick it up again and fix the tires again, so I did not use it for a year. Then they had a sale where transporting the tractor would be free so I sent it to them again and this time they found 'all kinds of problems' and it cost me about $800.00. They brought it back and it made popping sounds from the engine and banging sounds from the blades, things, that did not happen before it was sent there. They came and picked it up and now I have to pay about $500.00 again to fix those things, which were not a problem before it went to them. I feel trapped because there is no other certified Deere repair place any where near me except them. I feel I have been cheated and probably because I am an elderly woman. I do not recommend you use them unless you have to, and in that case, be prepared for them to charge huge sums of money for simple repairs and them to NOT be thorough. All I wanted was for my tires to be repaired. Suddenly they find half a dozen things wrong.
