The Russian speaking guide - Olga was above all expectation: always trying to tell and show us the most interesting things. She was all the time with us, we had absolutely wonderful time. They just returned my email with flights, no introduction, no "hi, my name is", nothing. They just kept emailing one flight after another with zero attempt at any pleasantries or interaction. Each flight was crazy expensive or not what I asked for. I asked twice that they call me and provided my number, yet they continued to just email flights. Then, they just stopped all together. Lazy, cold, unprofessional, and ignorant. I found them on Google, that's how businesses are found by new potential customers. Let them cater to their regulars, obviously they don't care to earn new customers.

I wish they had told me why! Are the destinations more expensive than my budget? Are the dates unavailable? I referenced "my partner" - do they not work with same-sex couples? I also said I was open to other destinations - did they not care to look into other destinations for the dates I provided? I would have been happy to increase our budget or look into other destinations - but I guess they didn't care about offering me other options.
