I feel well cared for at Cleveland Dental. All of the workers are extremely friendly and give personal care to their patients.

Very friendly staff and nice office! The only thing I wasn't too happy about was the fact that I didn't get a long enough teeth cleaning!

My wife broke a large piece off of of one of her top front teeth while eating. We have dental…read moreinsurance through my employer, but like most dental insurance it sucks. I don't make much money as a paramedic. So, we knew we probably wouldn't have the money to pay up front for a bridge or cap or implant. My wife is too young to be missing a front tooth. So we did a Google search for a dentist who would take payments or finance the treatment. We found Aspen Dental. After making an appointment, I was researching the place. I found so many complaints online that I was honestly scared. So many people saying that they would try to sell us unnecessary treatments that would end up being thousands of dollars. But, we figured we didn't have much choice. We went and told them that we only wanted to fix that one tooth. They were pleasant and reassuring. They did the exam and the next day fixed her tooth. There was no pressure to buy anything else. After insurance it only cost us $67! Wow! I would recommend this dentist office to anyone in a similar situation for sure. Thank you Aspen Dental!!!;

They tried to do the 3d X-rays and I refused and asked that only the extracted tooth be X-rayed. The lady right next to X-ray machine threatened me that the dentist wouldn't see me without a full X-ray. The dentist and his assistant were wonderful and the procedure went great. Ridiculous pricing and people should know that when they are in such extreme pain that they will see you quickly but they will make a patient pay. My BILL is the basic cost of ONE EXTRACTION. $558.00.

This past summer She went to them again to have them re-lined due to a lose fit. After setting them in place with the mold material, they became stuck in her mouth. the Dentist attempt to pull and pry them out until the pain became far too much for. spent a week without being able to remove them and recovering from the pain. went back for second visit and again the dentist could remove the dentures from her mouth and again put her in extreme pain. 3rd visit they finally were able to remove the dentures and clean out the material they use to form the reline fit. She came back home and never did have the fit corrected. she's 81 yrs old at the time. the still charged her $688. Dentures not fixed, and putting an 81 yr old lady through crazy pain, anxiety and distress. We have since moved out of state for family and home where that is ADA so we can take care of her. When called to split the bill in 2 payments they were upset. After relaying the issues with the failed procedure, continued to ask for her to come back in. 1st, after that torture why would anyone go back for more? 2nd informed them several times during the call that we are now out of state and nowhere close enough to go back anyway. ( still intending to pay the bill ) Even after telling them we would be paying the bill, the were rude and unapologetic. I assume they thought we were just trying to get out of paying a bill. Maybe they should have checked the record of the visits and issues. How can anyone do such lousy work, never complete the work the work, put an 81 year old mobility challenged lady through that much pain, and then not only charge nearly $700 for the pleasure of their company, but also get rude over the billing?
