Awful. Once you arrive, you wait (over 1 hour) to get checked in. Then you wait again for an another extended period of time. The staff reply when asked why it takes so long is, of course, they are understaffed. In the meantime the personal conversations that are way too long slows everything up. And then, the staff replies when you voice your frustration is to have a blessed day. This is supposed to be a medical facility- leave the religion at the door. read more

Very incompetent office staff who out right lied and sent me on a wild chase. May 6 my doctor sent Cleveland Imaging an order for a CT scan. On May 7 Cleveland imaging called and made the appointment for May 13. Today, May 12, Cleveland Imaging called to say my insurance company has not given them authorization yet and they have to cancel my appointment. The the office person said the referral from my doctor was sent yesterday, May 11, not allowing enough time to get it through insurance. I attempted to have her explain how this appointment was made on May 7 without the referral. She then transferred the call to voicemail. I called back and spoke Sarah who said this is my insurance companies fault. I spoke with my insurance company who assured me Cleveland Imaging sent the request May 11 at 9 am. My insurance company filed a complaint against Cleveland Imaging. I will go elsewhere, if they cannot manage the administrative end of things I do not trust any of them, to include the medical side. They outright lied. read more

My wife went to Cleveland imaging for a mammogram and bone density test. The mammogram went well. But the bone density test was cancelled because my wife took a calcium supplement earlier. They then charged Her $50 to reschedule. My wife came home crying, so I called and spoke to Bo, the boss supposedly. I asked the fee be removed and he refused. I asked him to show some compassion but he was totally unapologetic. I am left with the impression that patients are less important than money. We will find another provider. read more

Normally, I'd give a 4 or 5 stars. However, as of the past 24 plus hrs, -0 stars! IDC if this place has had hackers in their system and screwed ppl up in getting their reports. THEY SHOULD HAVE INFORMED PATIENTS instead of waiting months later and sending out a letter! Ridiculous!! read more

Went in for X-ray on 11/2, had follow up ER visit on 11/7 no results, why because system was down! Then my doc received results on 11/9, now I need a bone scan, called for an hour today to see if I can schedule this scan, finally the 5th person I spoke to says that their machine to do bone scans is not working, and they don't know when it will be back up and running!! Absolutely inexcusable!!! My advice take your business elsewhere. read more

My experience couldn't have been better. I signed in at 2:45, I was called back by my appointment time. The technician was professional and kind he explained what he needed me to do. It was finished asap. The front desk staff seemed to be working but not stressed or unorganized. The main thing that is most important to me is kindness and respect. I got that here. read more

I was referred here for an MRI. Cleveland Imaging is located in the building to the left of the Hospital. You can enter the main hospital entrance or go to the second entrance to park. For anyone handicapped the close spots are always full so have someone drop you at the door. The business is on the first floor on your left as you walk in. Nice large lobby with two TV's centered in room while you wait. First time patients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. In no time I was taken back to get changed into those fancy hospital gowns with open backs. They allowed me to wear two so the cold MRI machine was more comfortable. I was placed on the machine, explained the routine and given ear plugs for the noise. FYI, if you have never had an MRI they make a ton of noise but you can easily take a nap for the 30-45 minutes your on the table. Depending on the area of the body your getting scanned you might be completely in the machine or like me, a foot, I was only inserted past the knees. People who are cloister phobic might have issues with upper body types. But mine was a breeze and I was out with my disk in an hour. read more

My friend had an appointment here they require people to wear a mask and my friend has a medical exemption from wearing one. She explained this to the front desk girl who wasn't wearing her mask properly and they called the cops and had my friend arrested all because she couldn't wear a mask. Is this a place anyone would want to be a part of your health? A mask is more important than aiding in your health doesn't make sense. read more

This location, which my family has used many times, has good equipment and does good work, but the lack of promptness in getting results to the referring doctor is no longer satisfactory. For our last CT scan it took TWO WEEKS for the report to even be generated, before it was available. This is a review during COVID.... IF you are in a group of people that is susceptible to the virus you may want to rethink coming to this location. Very small waiting room; they do their best but they stuff a lot of people in there. My appointment was at 8:15 and didn't get called back until after way 9 am. And the waiting room was packed the entire time. I was very uncomfortable. People are friendly but you can tell they are also over the patients not following their procedures... hint... there is a bin for clean pens and dirty pens... if you mix them up they have to reclean the pens ‍. It isn't that hard to help them out. read more

My husband went for MRI 1-10-2023. Found out he was physically claustrophobic and could not begin. We pre-paid our 20% and they said would refund back onto debit card. Now 1-13-2023 bank said they took our money but no refund. Called billing they have no record yet we have papers proving we pre-paid. Told to call back midweek of 1-20-2023. Even went to office and they gave us billing #. So now waiting to next week until acting on further recourse. read more

I've used this location for lab work in the past. Never had a problem, staff was friendly and helpful. It is however, about to be blasted for enforcing a mask policy. If you are an entitled "patriot", I recommend simply going SOMEWHERE ELSE because this business isn't putting up with your complaints about "liberty" and "oppression" or any of the other embarrassing reasons that some people feel the need to bring into a place of business. Twice over the last four years this company has tried to double bill me but this last time they turned it over to a collections agency even though I owed them nothing after my insurance paid them they're still trying to squeeze money out of me I'm having a hard time getting this off my credit report waiting on my insurance company to help me solve this it's frustrating !!! Twice in four years , to have to, be on the phone constantly with different people trying to straighten something out that they screwed up !!! I do not recommend Cleveland imaging nor will I ever go back there once shame on them twice shame on me if I was to continue going:) read more

I had a CT scan with contrast preformed here and they insisted I pay 20% the day of the procedure, I had obtained pre-approvals for this procedure from my insurance prior to that and they were asking for indicated it would be about 25% more than what I had anticipated but I was basically told that I had to pay it that day. A month later I was sent a bill that totaled more than the entire estimate, when I called to ask about this they would not work with me and basically told me that no one knows what the cost of the procedures are or what the insurance will pay before its done and submitted and there was nothing they could do. I refused to pay and they promptly submitted it as multiple collections accounts for a single visit, I settled with the collections company for what I originally owed but my credit took a 100 pt credit hit. As another note I had the same scan preformed at the local hospital though my primary as a follow up 6 months later and it was 1/4 the cost. I will NEVER use this facility again. read more

I have been here numerous times. Not one bad experience. It is a worker's compensation claim. When she asked for my insurance card, I said it is worker's comp. They couldn't figure it out. I immediately called my caseworker. The young girl would not take the phone to talk to the caseworker. I let the caseworker know that she didnt want to talk to her. The girl then snapped at me. Well if you refuse to take the phone you obviously do not want to talk to someone. Then she sat there looking away and clicking her teeth, maybe retainer. Rudeness, incompetent knowledge to act like a professional. They then decided to give me a fax number which was the wrong one, then gave another number. I had to pray really hard to not have some not act right. If you dont know or haven't dealt with this take some honey, swollow your pride, and learn. Not a happy camper and I am in pain. Ugh. I pray for these employees in whatever work ethic they need to learn in Jesus's mighty name. read more
