I tried to squeeze the notification alert thing they gave me to see if they could put some support under my knees. They just said in a stern voice "don't squeeze that and be still". Then I was told 45 minutes later they couldn't complete my exam. Shame on you both. You should have known in the first 10-15 minutes that it wasn't going to work. You let me lay there for over 45 minutes in excruciating pain.

On May 7 Cleveland imaging called and made the appointment for May 13. Today, May 12, Cleveland Imaging called to say my insurance company has not given them authorization yet and they have to cancel my appointment. The the office person said the referral from my doctor was sent yesterday, May 11, not allowing enough time to get it through insurance. I attempted to have her explain how this appointment was made on May 7 without the referral. She then transferred the call to voicemail. I called back and spoke Sarah who said this is my insurance companies fault. I spoke with my insurance company who assured me Cleveland Imaging sent the request May 11 at 9 am. My insurance company filed a complaint against Cleveland Imaging. I will go elsewhere, if they cannot manage the administrative end of things I do not trust any of them, to include the medical side. They outright lied.

As we sat there, the two employees could be heard complaining about having worked the last six days by themselves. Their tone was a bit hateful and they had one patient so confused that I was getting confused with their instructions. I mentioned to my wife that we were about to leave. I got up, walked over, and scratched my name off the list. The front desk girl said that it wouldn't take long and I replied "you all are just too stressed" and we walked out. I've had decent luck at the Gunbarrel location, but I doubt I'll be driving back to Hixon anytime soon.

Went to an orthopedic to review the MRI and he determined there is a tear Samuals missed, and the physical therapy I've been doing has exasperated the problem. My orthopedics exact words were "every report I've ever seen with this guys name on it has been wrong"

Emily, the nurse who took my vitals and history was another person with a warm personality and nice professional approach to the tasks at hand. My visit with the nurse practitioner, Colleen just blew me out of the water. Pleasant, quick to grasp what I was asking for and even faster in meeting my needs. The whole place runs smooth as silk and after working 45 years in healthcare, I am usually NOT impressed. But, wow, I think I have found my go-to urgent care for the future. I was in and out in 45 minutes. I usually wait that long to just get back to an exam room. Keep up the great work and the great attitude. Job well done by all.

She did not want to help and wanted argue and ask why are you here even though I was there for shoulder pain.  I ended up walking out and going to another facility and they treated me and I ended up on medications and in an arm sling!!  Do Not go here, the provider do want to help you or treat, they want an excuse not to treat you or help you!! I'm filing complaints with the medical board on this provider.  Worst experience and unprofessionalism I have ever encountered , must less the lack of concern or care that I've even experienced from a medical provider in the 46 years I've been Alive.  I will NEVER use this facility again or will I ever recommend them to anyone I actually care about !!

Amy was technician performing my test. She was training a girl named Erin. She asked to make sure I'd be comfortable with that. They were both so nice. The room is very dark and I'm visually impaired. She took time explaining exactly what was happening and the clear face shield so I didn't smash my face. I was a tiny bit nervous but it was so quick. They were both very knowledgeable and kind. Made a quick pit stop on the way out - bathroom was spotless too. They even had deodorant available. (I packed mine). The waiting area is nice with hgtv and coffee. Very pleasant 25 minute experience.

They wanted to reschedule and charge me an additional $225 copay. That was unreasonable since it was their mistake. I left without rescheduling.I spoke with Bo Guffey, the Director of Operations and he pulled the recorded phone call when I scheduled and confirmed that I did in fact request the correct procedure but he thought that both the scheduler and I should share responsibility. He spoke with Sue Teeter the COO who agreed with him to not waive the fee. This was not the first bad experience I've had with this company. NEVER AGAIN!
