The car oil was so bad I went to Take 5 oil change and they had to snake and clean all the oil out of my vehicle it was so clogged and yet I risk my life again within not even a month of having this car . Not even a year of me having this car im constantly getting things fixed . I go to trade it in I was told the car was false salvage and my information was wrong . So the dealership calls Good Deal Used Cars they hang up on the dealership I'm at . I go up to Good Deal Used cars to get an understanding with them no solution. I'm stuck with this car that I've been risking my life in since I've got it , I'm paying out of pocket constantly to get things fixed . I do not recommend buying cars from this place it's not safe at all and unprofessional. When I put my down payment down I had to pay taxes then today when I went up there Good Deal Used cars says to me they still owe taxes on this car . So where did my money go ? I have a remaining less then $3500 I owe on this car . To get the remaining things I need fixed cost over $3000 to get fixed . I'm only 19 im learning a lot about dealerships and how money hungry they can be selling cars that is unsafe . I tried to work with them multiple times but it's like I just get played in the end it's not fair at all .

Since then, I've continued making my bi-weekly payments of $260 as agreed and have put over 6,000 miles on the vehicle. The issue is that months later, I still cannot legally register the vehicle because the title has never been provided. I've already gone through the original temporary tag and paid for an additional 30-day tag out of my own pocket. The Ohio BMV has advised me that they will not issue another tag, leaving me with a vehicle that I cannot legally drive. I've been told the dealership is still trying to obtain the title from the auction where the vehicle was purchased. While I understand that issues can happen, this has left me paying for a vehicle that is currently sitting in my parking lot with expired tags and at risk of being towed. I've made every payment on time and have been patient throughout this process. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts to get answers and a resolution, I am still in the same position. I'm sharing my experience so future customers understand the importance of making sure title and registration issues are fully resolved. I sincerely hope the dealership takes the necessary steps to make this right.

At the last minute they say they don't allow outside financing, so basically they want more money doing it their way cause the me (the consumer) to pay more in interest. So just because I said I was doing outside financing they threw what they originally told me out the window and we're gonna keep my $1000 without holding it for the time frame they said they would.
