The warranty that I purchased covered the repairs that took 3 weeks in which I had no car. I pick the car up once the "new" engine was put in and 10 days later I start having issues with the engine knocking and the car smelling like gas when I start the car. The car has been towed again back to the dealership leaving me without a car for the second time. I'm hoping this repair won't take 3 weeks like the last one and I have my car back. I understand that I bought a used car, but I've purchased used cars before without any issues let alone 2 engines blowing on me within a month. I have contacted a lemon lawyer, which by the way I was told on the phone by Amy that Ohio does not have lemon laws and that is not true. I know this is a very convenient dealership, but I promise there are better ones out there!!!

Have an extended warranty on my vehicle and just received really bad service from the moment we…read moredropped it off until to the moment where we received our vehicle back. There was horrible communication between Mopar and the dealership and with them giving us any information needed--we still haven't even gotten our issue resolved. It seems those two organizations don't communicate. It was also interesting because the dealership claimed that we had rust and corrosion (why they claim the warranty wasn't valid) but when we looked under our vehicle (only 3 years old) when we received it back, there was no rust or corrosion of the sort there. Just really an overall HORRIBLE experience. Would not recommend one bit.
