Awful Awful, awful customer service and a very greedy business owner. I wore them outside 3 times within a week of picking them up and the color just washed off from the rain and wet ground and they looked like I never had them repaired. He charged me $45 for the repair, and they didn't even last a week. I returned 2 weeks later to ask him to please redo them and to please waterproof them this time. He said he did, and that it would cost me another $25 to have him do it again. I don't believe for a minute that he water proofed them, and i think he knew what would happen. He refused to fix them without me paying more money and said it was not his fault. Arrived to pick them up and the store was closed. Took 3 more visits to finally get in touch with them. Phone was down, hours posted on the door were wrong etc. On the 4th visit I was told to give them a few days, but a couple hours later I received a call saying they were ready. Although the repairs are done well, I will be looking for a new repair store. The owner, Mike is a pleasant person, but the unreliability is annoying, they only accept cash, prices have increased considerably, and I really don't need to know his political affiliation which is evident by the wall postings.

I wear them so much that the heel tips were falling off and the metal was exposed. The heels were all dinged up, and the leather sole was falling off. Angelo took such great care of me! In just one day he replace the heel tips, shined and cleaned up the outside of the booties, and re-glued back on the soles. They look as good as new. All for only $13!
