The staff wasn't too high-pressure and let us take our time to decide what we wanted to do. Even more, they cut us such a killer deal that we couldn't turn it down despite our hesitancy. Since we bought the furniture, I have been satisfied with what we got - no surprises once we got it home. No funky smells, no hidden stains, nothing broken that shouldn't have been. While I always prefer new furniture over used (unless I am dealing with antiques), I think Cort was a good place to buy from.

Despite the age of this set, we continue to appreciate the exceptional quality and timeless style of this Fish purchase. Unfortunately over twenty years the set was showing some stain/finish wear and tear primarily around the bases from vacuum cleaners, dogs and five relocations. We initially contacted a local refinishing business to see if they could perform the repairs, but they didn't provide an in-home service and would require the set be brought to the shop. On a whim, I thought I'd contact Fish to see if they were aware of someone that they would recommend. To my surprise, they said they ABSOLUTELY could, as they had a person on their staff for 30 years that did this sort of work for their Fish customers!! This is a 20 year old purchase! Within a week they had Bob out who was able to bring these pieces back to their original beauty and we could not be more pleased. Fish Furniture takes care of their customers! Thank You!!

It took 30 minutes total to walk in a store and pick up an order that was already paid for. In an empty store, with no other customers in the print area. What a joke!

Keith helped facilitate an out of state shipment on an auction purchase I make from the local PD. He and his staff kept communication open and made the transaction flawless. Every time I order prints, I pay extra to have the white borders cut off because it's a service THEY offer. The staff was rude about it from the beginning. First, they told me to wait 5 minutes, which I had no problem doing. Then after I had already paid for the service, they came back and told me they "couldn't do it because they were busy." Meanwhile, there were only two customers in the store, including me. Everyone has to wait their turn, and customer services should be completed in order. If you offer and charge for a service, you should follow through on it instead of making excuses after payment.

I had a wonderful experience here over a month ago (on Jan. 4th). I drove straight here after work…read more I went to scan, make copies, and mail an important document (a big application). The staff person (I forgot her name) was very helpful in scanning my docs for me and saving it unto my flash drive. I had first logged unto the computer to scan my docs (to email it to myself) but the scanner next to the computer only scanned documents one-by-one which would have taken me the whole night to scan. So I was very happy when the FedEx worker helped me scan them for free. Once my whole packet was ready to mail, I placed them in the FedEx envelope and choose a mailing option. My package could have arrived the next day if I wanted it too but I choose 4 day shipping instead. I got a receipt with a tracking number and I was set. Service here is great so I will definitely be back. P.S. If you use their computers, know what you want to do and don't waste time. They charge by the minute I believe.
