I came in to pick up prints I had already ordered, and like everyone else, I waited in line patiently. Every time I order prints, I pay extra to have the white borders cut off because it's a service THEY offer. The staff was rude about it from the beginning. First, they told me to wait 5 minutes, which I had no problem doing. Then after I had already paid for the service, they came back and told me they "couldn't do it because they were busy." Meanwhile, there were only two customers in the store, including me. Everyone has to wait their turn, and customer services should be completed in order. If you offer and charge for a service, you should follow through on it instead of making excuses after payment. read more

I had a wonderful experience here over a month ago (on Jan. 4th). I drove straight here after work. I went to scan, make copies, and mail an important document (a big application). The staff person (I forgot her name) was very helpful in scanning my docs for me and saving it unto my flash drive. I had first logged unto the computer to scan my docs (to email it to myself) but the scanner next to the computer only scanned documents one-by-one which would have taken me the whole night to scan. So I was very happy when the FedEx worker helped me scan them for free. Once my whole packet was ready to mail, I placed them in the FedEx envelope and choose a mailing option. My package could have arrived the next day if I wanted it too but I choose 4 day shipping instead. I got a receipt with a tracking number and I was set. Service here is great so I will definitely be back. P.S. If you use their computers, know what you want to do and don't waste time. They charge by the minute I believe. read more

Really have enjoyed my two visits to this location. I've gone in to complete small projects (e.g. printing or scanning) in addition to getting new passport photos. The staff, and store manager especially, were very helpful and were clearly committed to providing high quality service. Even more, I could tell they knew a few of their customers and think it's a great sign that they made effort to get to know clientele personally. Small cons would be that one of rhr self service printers was not working and I think the prices to print black & white copies is a bit high but it's still a convenient and helpful facility nonetheless. read more

Stopped in one afternoon to get 150 copies of a document printed - then have them cut the pages in half. Their Windows PC would not read my thumb flash drive, even though it is formatted for DOS/FAT 32 (and my computer reads the drive just fine - so I'm deducting one star for that). I ended up e-mailing the pdf to their e-mail address, they were then able to print off the pdf and cut the pages. Took about 10 minutes or so. read more

They called me on Wednesday about a package I had held there but hadn't picked up because I was in quarantine after traveling. I called them back that same day and explained that to them and arranged to pick up the package on Friday. They explicitly agreed on the phone to hold the package until Friday and even offered to bring it out to my car if I called when I arrived. And then they proceeded to send my package back to the sender anyway, the very same day that I called. They either didn't communicate or just didn't care. I suspect it was the latter; they basically just did whatever they felt like doing. When I finally drove there Friday to pick up my package I was surprised to find they no longer had it. "Sorry." They then told me to rush home and hurriedly call FedEx to try to redirect my package. I called FedEx and the people on the phone couldn't do squat to get my package to me at that point; it's simply outside of their power to do so. The employees who told me to call FedEx had to have known that my package was basically gone and gave me false advice and false hope to get me out of the store before I blew up. To me what they didn't wasn't incompetent, it was wrong. They made a verbal promise on the phone and then reneged because it was expedient for them to do so. I'm still livid and wish I could get a better resolution than leaving a bad review for bad service. read more

I use FedEx Office Print and Ship Centers regularly. This one has the rudest employees who don't seem to care of the machines work or not.

Rude!!!!!!! And they only selectively help who they want!!!! My mom went in there with her packages ready to go, labels and all. She just needed a little extra tape and she had a few extra questions. Mind you, the customer before her was getting helped, shanee or shawnee the employee was helping the customer in front of my mom tape, pack and get the package ready (later shanee dropped that package, eek if the customer only knew!!!!) when my mom asked for help, shanee threw the rolled tape at her. My mom was treated so poorly it really wasn't that busy in the store there was only another customer in there. And another customer using the kiosk. Again shanee the employee threw a plastic skeeve at my mom, who does not work at FedEx and knows how to use this item. I guess my question is if one customer asked for help how do you help one customer yet not another customer ? Hmmmmm that's very poor customer service. Then my mom's packages were sitting there and she wanted a tracking number which they still had not given her. Rude, rude, rude!!!! There's not much I can say about this FedEx Office location that I haven't said about the others I've reviewed. But there was one important bonus that I haven't experienced at other locations--speed! I came in with a zip drive and was in and out within 5-7 minutes. That's unheard of in these places, especially during the holiday season. I mean, the E.9th Cleveland location will eat up at least an hour, if not more. Anyways, I also liked that the manager helped me AND worked with me on what paper to use for the best prices. I'm a fan. In fact, it might even be worth the extra drive. read more

I am a business owner. I have an account w FedEx. I'm at this Fedex between 1-3 times a month. Every single time I go into this location, the counter person doesn't even make eye contact, she just taps the scale as in "put your boxes here." No eye contact, no greeting, nothing. Just taps the scale. Awesome. As I'm struggling w my heavy box, she asks me my account number. Sure, let me dig it out while I'm putting my own heavy boxes up on the counter. That's how it works. Then she stands there impatiently while I get the number out of my phone. That's what people like when they spend money with you: no eye contact and a crappy, impatient attitude. Every time I go in w a smile on my face, hoping it's different. And every time I leave irritated. This location is moments from my house and I'll be GLADLY driving elsewhere where people can at least fake being nice and also fake NOT hating their lives. read more

Rude bad customer service. Gave me my 2/2 box when I asked where box 1 was. He said I don't know. I asked if he could track he said u can with ur phone. I called fedex they said it was at the store. Came here to pick up a 50 lbs shipment of wine as I knew that I would not be home to accept the shipment on a Friday. It is Saturday and I came to the store and the associate who helped me was rude and had all sorts of opinions on the fact that I was picking up wine and said under her breath, "you know they have grocery stores for this." She said "sometimes I wonder if we are a FedEx or a wine store." When I mentioned that it was a specialty wine, she rolled her eyes at me. Not exactly the best customer service and I would appreciate that she keep her opinions to herself. read more

This place may be da bomb for shipping packages, and I did see/ overhear one clerk who was being super helpful to people who needed shipping help, were having a technical problem with the machines or even just needed to borrow the stapler from behind his counter. However, my objective in going here wasn't to ship a package but rather to use the on-site printers to print out a bunch of travel documents, boarding passes, Google maps etc. for an upcoming trip. I was staying temporarily at a relative's house and didn't have a printer at home, so figured I could take my lap top into this Fedex center, connect to their network via the wi-fi, print out my approximately 15 pages of travel documents and be on my merry way in a half hour. Didn't happen like that, unfortunately. My initial impression of the place was not great as I had to help two people who were struggling through the door with a big box. The door was barely big enough to let these people get their box in, and it opened outward - plus there was a SECOND door to get through. This does not bode well for people shipping big items, but whatever. Once inside I had a little trouble finding the computer area which turned out to be way in the back. There were only two clerks on duty who were both assisting people at the counter, so no one to ask. I found the computer area after a few minutes and then the real fun began. First, my laptop, which is a standard Dell about 2 years old and generally has no problem connecting to networks by wi-fi or cable, would not connect to their network (which seemed to require a cable connection, the likes of which I have not seen lately in this wi-fi world except in old out of date hotel rooms). After struggling for a few minutes I asked one of the clerks (not the helpful guy, he was busy) for help. He came over, looked at it for all of 15 seconds and said, "I don't know, it must be your computer." Uh, thanks a lot. That was the sum total of his assistance - 30 seconds and an "I don't know." Absolutely the worst customer service of the year. At this point I gave up and paid the fee to use one of their computers to get on the Internet and print out my documents (which were saved in my Google mail account). This was highway robbery since I had to pay for the computer time, despite having my laptop right there, as well as the printouts. The total bill was well over 25 bucks. By contrast, there is a UPS Office store one town over in Lakewood that will print docs at about 9 cents a page if you upload them to their website - I stupidly didn't go that route because I thought connecting my own laptop to Fedex's and printing would be easier than having to upload a document to someone else's website. Probably could have saved myself 20 bucks going with the UPS Office store, and not had to deal with poor service. I might consider using this Fedex location for shipping in the future if absolutely necessary to send Fedex instead of UPS or Express mail, but I will avoid their computer services like a digital plague. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is I did hear the other clerk being helpful and even refunding another person some money who was having trouble with the computer network. Maybe I should have asked for a refund too because I felt very ripped off. read more

I had this huge shipment for work of 36(!) smallish boxes of stuff that needed to be consolidated into larger boxes and shipped. The staff here was awesome; they helped me carry all the stuff from my car and packed it all for me very carefully. They explained to me all the options and pricing so I could decide what would work best. It's almost like they thought helping me was fun or something. Great customer service. Also helpful: they have little offices in the back so if you don't actually have your own office but need to work on a project/presentation, you can hang out here and print, copy, etc as you go along. read more

do not trust these people. when I walked in I heard them talking about how a customer was unhappy and they hung up on them. we'll that was foreshadowing bc that is exactly what happened to me after they botched my order. i went to the store first then talked thru the details of my order with a representative who told me my order would be ready before my deadline. I call for my order and the whole team says we don't know anything about it only he can touch and and he won't be back till way after my deadline. they said they would work with mgmt and call me back if they could as a team complete. no one called. when I called again they told me, it's a lot. THATS WHY I TOOK THE ORDER TO A PROFESSIONAL PRINTER. Heidi was rude during every encounter and hung up on me as well when I asked to have whatever they were able to complete so far saying I was yelling at her. I will never ever use this fedex in Rocky river on center ridge rd again. I hope Heidi is fired. I don't blame the poor boy that added in my order and had the weekend off. I blame the Managment and heidi who i had the pleasure of speaking to multiple times only to waste my time with her attitude and unhelpfulness. heidi also says the manager isn't in until January 2023 if you need to escalate anything. the worst people I've ever dealt with. read more

I called this location prior to stopping in and this is what I said. "Hi, this may sound ignorant but I need to mail a box of cookies to New Jersey and I don't know where to start. I never Fedex'd before." The girl on the other line was so flipping amazing and guided me through what packaging material in my house that I could muster up was acceptable or in my case practical. Could you imagine that kind of customer service from one of the 12 employees handling the front desk at the post office? NO. So I got my package assembled and took it into this location. As soon as I walked in the girl at the desk said, "are you Jesse?". She had the forms ready for me and different shipping options as well. There were several other customers in the store and from what I could notice is that she had helped them already by showing them how to use the funky printing machines and having her partner weigh and scale packages. Ok, FedEx= 2 employees efficiently running a line of and store of customers Post Office=fail. I sent my order out that day using regular standard shipping and it was received the following day... a Saturday for heaven's sake. ye Bye post ofice. FedEx really went above and beyond and got my order from Westlake, Ohio to New Jersey shipped in 24 hours on the weekend via standard shipping. I'll e back read more
