Larry Murphy is the most personable and knowledgeable technician I've ever dealt with since I moved to Florida 25 years ago.! can't say enough about the company and their personnel. To inspect the far end of the attic to see if there was water damage due to the hurricanes, and there was none she even climbed over one of the ducts to get to the far end of the attic The damage was nowhere near the area of the foyer, and you have no clue what I got from my insurance company if I got anything you blew in New insulation, and the contract reads remove all old debris. Had you done your job as the contract states this you would've seen two ductwork that were laying on the floor. and when the two independent Air-Conditioning companies came to evaluate the situation there were actually four ducks that you totally neglected to hang. This is your job to do this!!!! I hate to think about all the homes that you have neglected in such a manner. Both companies agreed that the issue was from the two ducts laying on the floor and not hung as well as the mold mediation company. Shame on you and your company. I don't know how you sleep at night. As far as the venting area, you're speaking of it has a roof over it. It has nothing to do with the moisture and has never blown any moisture inside. The fact of the matter, also is that I paid for my whole attic to have new blown insulation and you did not do that job, you failed to remove any old debris, stated in your contract was absolutely no new insulation when the ceiling came out for rebuild only the old stuff fell through run from this company.
