DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AUTO DEALER. I purchased a vehicle from them in August 2024. I was…read moretold I would have my title and plates in about two months. When those two months came and passed I called asking for an update. after confirming my information I was informed that the person who handled their titles was out of the office. This was the beginning of over a year of calling them and receiving the same run around. He was always out of office. I even asked what hours he would be in and called at the appropriate time only to be told the same spiel. I live an hour and a half away and after six months of getting the run around I went in and all they did was offer to give me fresh temporaries. This was only a bandaid for a wound that needed stitches. Soon after I was able to get in touch with their title person who, I found out, was one of the owners. He gave me more excuses about how there was a hold up with the DOL. I waited patiently for another six months before finally being beyond fed up and filed a complaint with the Washington DOL. I was then pointed towards filing a claim against their dealership bond. It was only after I filed a claim against their dealership bond that they got me my title and plates, two days after they had been contact by the bond. What this tells me is that they had the ability to get me my title and plates before this due to the speed at which they were able to acquire them when they were threatened with financial liability by the bond agency. In the end, I received my title and plates in Feburary of 2026. This was beyond unacceptable. I have never written a bad review but have been so incensed by the entire ordeal that I felt it was my duty to inform others before they make the same mistake I did by doing business with this auto dealership. Believe it or not, this is the spark notes of the entire process I was forced to go through to use the vehicle I had purchased.

Cannot warn you to stay away enough…read more I am now $20k into a $10k car I bought there. Sold me a Subie that they had "done all the work" that needed to be done at 200k miles. Headers, gaskets, etc. Had to take the car back in within a week because it wouldn't shift into gear from park properly. It wouldn't accelerate from a stop appropriately and would just shut itself off while idling at a stop light or sign. They supposedly got it in and said it was a sensor issue and "fixed it". (Remember that for later) Then the car dropped all its oil and seized up within months of it being purchased. They insisted it was my fault. So the "insurance plan" they sold me for another $800 wasn't going to be any good either. (Even if the oil wasn't checked in 3 months' time.... which it WAS... it shouldn't have vanished within a few months of having the engine overhauled). Of course, they offered to replace the engine, if I paid them for it. So, it sat on their lot while I found a REPUTABLE mechanic to look at it. Once I had found the best garage in town for Subarus, they wouldn't even put the car on their trailer to take it to the shop, I had to pay for the tow off their lot. And that sensor issue they "fixed"? The mechanic said all the warning lights I took it back to them to check was because someone did a quick fix by jamming/bypassing the sensor. Literally, the WORST car purchasing (or mechanic) experience I have ever had. Ric (salesperson) was rude and felt comfortable swearing around my wife and son. Should have been my first red flag. I just thought he was trying to be "buddy buddy". Nope, turns out "Skeezy salesperson" is a stereotype for a reason. Stephanie started scolding me on the phone when I called and was upset with the weeks of delay that involved all these issues. YOU MUST AVOID THIS CAR LOT AT ALL COSTS.

My son and daughter-in-law purchased a vehicle from here January 18, 2026. They were giving false representation of the vehicle & what this vehicle would do even though they came back in less than 12 hours the manager went from the Caring individua/Scam Artist trait & turned into a complete salesman Crook. This is not how you treat customers who came to your establishment the very first time, but this tells me that this is something that's been ongoing! Please share this with anybody who comes to this dealership! A well-known building contractor tried to intercede and helped the situation as he was thinking about buying three vehicles from here, but now it will never be! I work for a construction outfit on the west side that buys vehicles from the east side and I am sharing this information to anybody going to the east side! I have no tolerance for scam artists or creepy sales managers! Make this right , do the right thing or keep to your low standard and dealership! They are negative stars in rating!

How to turn an engine into a ticking time bomb ·…read moreNissan's service manual for my vehicle says under "Precautions for Removal and Disassembly", "When removing components such as hoses, tubes, fuel lines, etc., be sure to cap, plug, or tape these openings." · Saw and photographed the vehicle half-way through repair with a sea of uncovered oil/air/coolant openings. And this is with a 6" pile of trash (dirt, pine needles, and ?) sitting on top of the engine block. Showed the pix to service manager Michael along with pix from a Nissan technical bulletin showing what the job SHOULD look like with proper coverings for the openings) and his first response was, "The mechanic says everything was covered" (despite the pictures??!!), followed by, "It was about to be reassembled, so things were uncovered". · Sure, they were going to reinstall parts with a literal 6" pile of dirt and trash sitting on top of the engine block (between two open/uncovered block oil connections, no less). And it defies common sense to remove more than a dozen coverings BEFORE the parts that attach to those openings are ready to be reinstalled. · Putting a piece of duct tape over the intake manifold openings into the block doesn't mean that "everything that should be covered was covered" as Wendle claimed. The job wasn't done according to Nissan's service specs (or common sense, in the case of the trash pile), it just means SOMETHING was covered (at some point).

The customer service I received was over promised and highly under delivered. Purchased my car with negotiations on new tires, floor mats & was promised detailing as Arrotta's only had the car on the lot for a few hours before it was purchased. We left the car at the dealership for 3 days, everyday being told "the car will be ready by tomorrow, it's been detailed we're just waiting for tires." By the third day I decided to pick up my car and schedule those services because I was being told something different every time I spoke to anyone in the sales and service departments. The first time I picked up my car, it was not detailed as the sales department said it was. When I asked if it was detailed, the salesman looked at me and said, "looks pretty clean to me." (I'll add pictures of the "clean" car) The car also had an empty tank of gas, and a broken sunglasses holder that was not broken when I purchased the car. I had to schedule for the tires, mats, and for the sunglasses holder to be replaced the following week and unfortunately was told by the service department when I brought my car back for these services, that they don't do detailing in house.. it's done by a third party. At this point I ask to speak to the sales manager because I'm frustrated and just want to have my new car. He informed me the car was "wiped down by his kids" (I'm guessing he was speaking of his employees, and assumed I would accept that as a car detail) although in the same conversation said the car would be detailed after new tires were put on even though I had zero communication of that happening. And I'd need to wait another day to have my car but, I'm thinking this is great, once it's detailed I can just be done with Arrottas. I pick up my car after it being detailed and I'm honestly not surprised when I drive off the lot and my gas sensor shows the tank slowly emptying. I'm assuming with it being detailed same day, they put the heat on high in order to dry out the car for when I picked it up. It's so upsetting because by husband has purchased a car from Arrotta's before and had a great experience. That's why we had gone back. But each time I had called with concerns about my car or wanting updates, I was given attitude and felt as if I was an inconvenience. If promises about certain services and deadlines weren't made, and if there was actual communication between buyer/ seller/ services - the expectations wouldn't have been set on my end. Now, 6 weeks later, my temp plates are going to expire - I've called the dealership a week before their expiration and was told, "the person who handles licensing isn't here, I'll have her give you a call tomorrow" and never received a call back. I love my car, but I will never purchase another vehicle from Arrotta's. Nor will I have work done on my car by the service department or recommend this dealership to anyone. Sincerely, Ford Explorer ST UPDATE - got ahold of the dealership, they've had my license plates for the past week but never informed even when I called to ask about them. And then they continued to question if I payed my down payment when we had paid the down payment in cash day of purchase.

I'm now entering hour 3 with no end in sight. What a waste of life. He didn't mention the time it would take due to the commission he makes off of the repair.
