There's not an issue with a transmission that goes inexpensively. Yet the courtesy, and professionalism I experienced at Louie's gave me confidence that they would be able to handle whatever was wrong. Once they got the vehicle, they took the time to figure out exactly what the issue was, and provided me with multiple options to resolve it.
