Wow! Can I give more than 5 stars? This guy came to my rescue, literally. I recently bought a house and 4 days after close of escrow, I discovered the house is infested with mice! There are rat droppings in the attic, kitchen cabinets and garage. I could not even stand the look of it let alone touching/cleaning the droppings. The bedrooms were filthy with dust, dirt and even food/crumbs. It was clear, the previous owners lived in filth and did not maintain the house. Cliff was great and attentive to taking my phone calls regardless of his busy schedule. He is booked 3 weeks in advance but knew just how big of a 911 situation I had and managed to squeeze me in which I greatly appreciate. The mice continued to come to the house due to food crumbs left within the corners of cabinets and drawers I could not reach. He and his employees spent a long time cleaning every inch of the house. Nothing was missed. He even cleaned areas I did not think about cleaning such as doors. After several hours cleaning my house, he called me back for the reveal. For the first time since I bought the house, I managed to take my shoes off without fear. He made the house more comfortable to walk through and sit in. I had read Cliff's Yelp reviews almost a year ago but never pulled the trigger because of the on-going expense. However, I decided to take the plunge when I needed a one-time move-out cleaning for my condo before handing the keys over to a new tenant. Cliff and his two colleagues did an amazing job with the entire place, especially one of the bathrooms. It had that black mold around the caulking that we all know and love because I had stopped my normal housecleaning schedule months beforehand. Cliff and his team have been cleaning our home every other week for maybe 4 or 5 months now? When I went back to work after maternity leave we really needed the extra help. Cliff's awesome. My son always smiles when he sees Cliff. The team does a great job, and we have stuff everywhere.. like EVERYWHERE. The place doesn't get that dirty, but it does get very messy. And I've had cleaners who have complained and asked me to organize my life before they come over so they can actually clean the place. Cliff understands that this is our discreet need and he and his team just take care of it. Also, he texts me the day before to let me know what time he's coming, and to confirm the service. I really appreciate the reminder. I love coming home on Cliff's days. It's so peaceful. For about five minutes before all hell breaks loose. I looked at the reviews and I decided to give Cliff a try. A bit of background: our apartment is small - not very big - but we have been unable to keep up - busy lives, job, baby on the way amongst other things. Our apartment needed cleaning badly - especially bathroom tile - the in betweens gets mold thats hard to clean, the bathtub was especially pretty dark - we tried different things but it never worked, there was a lot of dust on doors, fingerprints etc. The kitchen stove needed a lot of work - it was either than or maybe replacing it with new ;-) Doors, windows -all needed work. Cliffs team came before time - some appointment finished faster than expected - the team was very professional, cliff took a look at the apartment and gave us an estimate that seemed high (this was our first call) - but we gave it a try. We went out of the apartment for about 2 hours - Cliff's rates are not affected by hours they work - they are perfectionists - so we waited patiently. Here were my observations: 1. When we entered the apartment - we thought it was a newly rented place - the bathroom was impeccable - I only saw the bathtub so clean when I rented it :-) 2. The hardwood was shining on the kitchen. 3. Granite counter tops on island was polish clean - the kind of clean you'd see when you visit a new apartment to rent. 4. The kitchen counter top (which BTW i wish I would have taken a before and after picture) was white, steel clean - as good as new state. 5. Carpets were pretty clean and fluffy. 6. All the wooden drawer doors were "white", spotless clean. 7. The doors and windows seemed fresh and new. 8. Every electronic item was dusted and squeaky clean. 9. Our book and stuff shelf - was super glossy and clean, with books taken out and insides meticulously cleaned. 10. Overall apartment looked very clean and fresh, like it was ready to rent again :-) After inspecting and given an overview of the apartment - we decided then and there to hire cliff to do the cleaning on a regular basis - they do weekly, post two weeks, and post four weeks - we decided to call their team every two weeks. Overall - I would highly recommend these guys - they are responsive, always on schedule, highly professional, they take their job seriously, don't charge you by the hour - hence you end up saving some money - and do the job - pretty darn well - bunch of perfectionists I think. read more

I would have never ever ever ever imagined myself paying someone to clean our house. I'm usually good with cleaning up but with a kid and a full time job, we really didn't have time to do the work and luckily we found Cliff. We've been using Cliff and his crew to clean our house for a couple of months. We initially started with a deep cleaning because we had company coming to visit. We've done deep cleanings with other companies before and they've been ok. I mean I'm glad I wasn't the one spending hours cleaning my house, but if I did spend the time I think I would have done a better job than them. Not so with Cliff. He really cleans your place like it's his own house. We were impressed and signed on for him to continue to do monthly house cleanings. The monthly cleaning has been great as well. Cliff and his team are wonderful, I can highly recommend them. Cliff has been cleaning our 4 bed/2 bath home weekly for 6 months. Their attention to detail is impeccable and Cliff has a strong sense of pride and personal responsibility towards his work. They arrive with a team of 6-7 cleaners and they attack every room at once, so they are done in 30 minutes. This is after the initial "deep clean" of several hours that they did when they started to get they house where they wanted it and then maintain that level weekly. Even my "clean freak" husband can't fault them. And if something isn't the way you like it, Cliff gladly takes feedback and makes it right next time. He is an excellent communicator. If you have a dog, he has no problem putting him in the crate while they are there and then letting him out afterwards. My only caution to potential clients is that while the day he visits stays the same, the time he arrives changes each week depending on his schedule. He always texts the night before with his arrival time. If you work all day, that should be no problem for you. I work from home, so I just schedule an errand to do while they are there. Worst case scenario - I took a conference call in my car once! But that's rare and a small price to pay for the best cleaners I've ever had. He was upfront and said that the only way he can get any cleaning done for us this time would be to use a subcontractor. We called Cliff because we have been a little overwhelmed lately due to family obligations, work, and life in general. It has been a long time since our house has had a real deep cleaning. We just had him do the downstairs to begin with because of family staying with us on the second floor, and he and his team did a wonderful job. They had initially estimated a couple hours, but that turned into 4 hours plus. They had to go into their next appointment time, but they stuck it out and did a THOROUGH job with the downstairs. We could not be more grateful and happy to have found them. We are going to hire them to deep clean the second story once our guest leaves, and we hope to do regular house maintenance with them. We have two little ones at home and hardly any help, so deep cleaning has been a tough chore to make time for lately. Cliff responded right away and set an estimate cost based on home and needs. When he arrived he went through the house with me and talked about what he would do and the options. A few hours later the house looked amazing! we asked for a deep clean and that's what we got. I didn't realize until I went to throw something away and also saw the bags outside. To me not a big deal since its easy enough to line a trash bin and throw the outside bags in the trash bin. Where should I start? Cliff and his team are outstanding. I would give them 10 stars if Yelp allowed it. So easy to work with. Communication is fantastic. Right from the first phone call, he went over everything they do. I remember finishing the call and thinking wow, that sounded great. Then came the day of the cleaning, he called me that he was on his way, but all the sudden I had to leave my house for a family emergency. I called Cliff, he said no problem. Go take care of what you need, I will get to your place and take care of everything needed. Highly recommended! My kitchen and master bathroom needed help. They were a mess. Cliff and his crew were fantastic! The kitchen floor was covered in gunk - no more! I had no idea how truly dirty my house was until it was cleaned by Cliff and his crew. I have had house cleaners on and off, but my house has never been this clean! Between kids, dogs, and work, I just can't keep up. I do daily maintenance to keep it neat and somewhat presentable, but I never get around to any deep cleaning. Cliff was very communicative, thorough, and did FAR more than I expected. This was actually a birthday gift from my mom, but I am going to start doing cleanings every other week. I will have to rearrange some finances to make it work but it is worth it.
