Cliffs towed my truck to their yard in Scott and upon pick up I was missing $300 worth of tools. Would not recommend to anybody!

Allstate set me up with Cliff's through roadside assistance. They arrived on time and without issue. The driver was friendly, polite, and experienced. The vehicle has a braking system that would not release. The driver was experienced in addressing that while pulling the car onto the flatbed. I've worked in customer service for years. The driver was very disrespectful and did not hold his self to a professional standard. Short tempered, hot head, who was shown the utmost respect when he arrived even after I was told to find a ride when I didn't have one available. My first time ever having a tow and the driver not being able to give me a ride. I called a ride share which could've been miscommunication from the insurance company, Good thing I wasn't on the highway I would've been stranded. Short guy don't remember his name. But ofc it says family owned business so that is obvioulsly tolerated by the way he was acting there will be no repercussions. It made me super uncomfortable the whole experience. WILL NEVER!!! Especially since it was my first experience, use them again. Also will reach out to my insurance company and let them know. Totally unacceptable. If I hadn't already waited 1 1/2 hours I would've turned him down and called a local driver. Treated me as if I wasn't a paying customer. maybe it was my skin color, yes sir, no sir, thank you so much, from my end. Cliffs towing did a great job towing my vehicle that was stuck in my driveway because it wouldn't start. We needed them to tow it because the battery had severe corrosion on it and it would not budge, and they were free with our Care package from Christian Brothers so it was a great experience and worth the money we pay Christian Brothers. read more

Jonathon was our rescuer today. He was prompt, professional, and a delightful young man. He was able to help us out and solve our problem. I would not hesitate to call him again. We have an EV and this may have been tricky for others, but he was able to jump and car and stayed to be sure that charge held and the car was good to go. read more

Thank you for Cliffs towing!!! My daughter lives out in the middle of nowhere in Louisiana. While visiting I locked my keys in my car. So in the morning I called for roadside assistance the first company, who will remain nameless, gave me two times the first one was 37 minutes and the second one was 60 minutes and then they canceled 20 minutes later. Pulling a U-Haul truck with a light bar that continued to blink constantly, not allowing you to know if they were slowing down or not. I missed the tow truck by inches. This caused all of the glass frames in my vehicle to shatter. When I follow the driver to tell him into a parking lot, he pulls a gun out on me. I was so angry. Yet he continued to call me a fat cunt. Whoever owns this business needs to watch out. You are not getting away with this. read more

These guys were assigned to me from the Geico app, they told me it would be 30-45 minutes until they got to me, I called them 40 mins later asking where they were, still 30-45 mins away. I ended up waiting for TWO HOURS, and they were still on the road. Don't believe their estimates. They are LIES, and I'm never using them again. read more
