I was beyond satisfied with our experience. The price was excellent for the Mega Fun package. It included goodie bags, a birthday show, pizza, unlimited drinks and games for two hours. The trampoline was additional but only an extra $8 per kid (must be under 53 inches). Most importantly the staff went above and beyond! They were very hands-on and friendly. Overall, the kids had so much fun! We ended up staying past the two hours. I highly recommend an early party though to avoid any crowds :) Hope this review helps parents bc I had a hard time finding current photos of this place.

The amount of games was inadequate for how many guests were in attendance. As for the games themselves, there was not much variety and they did not hold the attention span of my party (children ages 1-19/multiple adults) and, from my observation, really any of the kids there. The ticket amounts on the machines were highly disappointing as it is an establishment primarily for young children, and the average payout was 2-3 tickets. Along with that, the prize counter was a complete waste of time. Anything slightly appealing was nowhere near a reachable amount of tickets for young children (but don't worry, you can buy a plushie for $30! Just in case the junk doesn't suffice), and anything that was affordable with these tickets was small and plastic, easily resulting in many choking hazards or candy not meant for anyone under the age of five. For the place itself, it was cramped and extremely hot. There was no place for secure belongings ; shoes, bags, and other miscellaneous items lay in random places from other customers, which I 'd usually complain about for their lack of care, but where else would they put any possessions ? The Rat himself walked around for a few minutes, but if your kid is shy, you better be ready to trample your way through outspoken kids, or Chuck will completely overlook them. The clothes are not at all tailored for the person wearing the mascot, in my opinion ruining the magic. It is also very apparent that the person inside cannot see anything and doesn't have anyone to walk him around, and when the employees did walk with him, they talked straight to his mouth, again ruining any illusion of Chuck actually standing there. Now, for what you probably are waiting for: the pizza. And that's all it is - pizza. Not bad nor excellent; it'll do the job for what you are paying.

Not only is it a massive maze, there are a ton of different elements, slides and AR-driven games for kids to explore. Even as an adult this was pretty freaking cool. It's funny that more play places haven't taken cues like this with new tech, as it really amps things up a bit. Not all kids may be able to do everything they have (ie: spider net climber), however there's more than enough for everyone. They have a separate toddler play area which still has some of the visual stuff which is cool. They also have a snack stand, and the obligatory places for birthdays. Staff was generally good, except one jerk at the end who took forever to let us out when trying to leave. She helped a family that just walked up instead of taking the 5 sec to hit the button letting the exit open. I saw where she pressed, so next time I'm hitting it myself instead of waiting; not great to have my toddler get upset on the way at out because there is only 1 person up front who doesn't care.

My dad took me fishing here as a kid for sunnies, and 30 years later I brought my own kids here…read more Some traditions are worth passing on. If you have young children, this is a great pond to introduce them to fishing. A simple worm on a hook is almost guaranteed to catch sunnies. If you're a little more skilled (or lucky), there are bass here too. One thing I appreciate is that there aren't nuisance snapping turtles like you'll find at some other local ponds. Pack some sandwiches, bring the family dog, and spend a few hours here. It's a peaceful park that's rarely crowded. Park in the main lot off Grotke Road. The main pond is just a short walk down the path, where you'll see a fountain spraying from the middle. There's also a small office building by the parking lot with restrooms. Beyond the pond, the park has a ball field, courts, a practice wall, hiking trails, a playground, and a large open field. A stream winds along much of the outer edge of the park and makes for a peaceful walk. Just keep an eye out for poison ivy... it's everywhere. And one last piece of advice...take lots of pictures of your little ones. One day, they might be the ones bringing their own kids back here.

We've been wanting to check out a trampoline park for a while now. I noticed a few within an hour…read moreor so from the Bronx. After doing some research, I decided on Bounce. We planned to get there as early as possible to avoind any crowds, since this was our first time. We arrived at 12 pm, right when it opened. The place was empty and we were greeted by some friendly and helpful employees. We filled out the appropriate waivers (can either be done on your mobile device or they have a computer set up near the counter as well)...the waivers are for adults and children. The 60-minute bounce passes are about $20 for children and $25 for adults. They are good in "rounding-up" the times...si if you arrive at 12:15, they will give you allow your time to expire at 1:30, giving you 15 extra minutes. You are also required to buy and wear socks (about $2.50 each), but they can be taken home and used again if you return. For my family of four, it was about $100. There is an arcade section in the front area which has some shooting games, air hockey and a bunch of other ticket-winning games where you can accumulate tickets and trade them in for prizes, similar to Dave & Busters. This area is generally small and was a nice bonus. All the machines in this area are card operated, which you can purchase at the front counter...essentially 4 tokens equal $1 and most games are 4-6 tokens per play. After you get your pass, you get to roam free. There are a few different bounce areas; open bounce, foam pit, volletball area, climbing area and a large free bounce area. What I really appreciated was that there were a few designated areas for the little ones (5 and under). For someone who hasn't bounced before...let me tell you...it was quite a workout. My legs are sore they day after. The only additional area you can purchase optionally, is the rock wall climb area...which I believe is about $5 per climb. There were drinks (soft drinks - $3) and snacks (cookies/chips - $2ish) for sale at the front counter. One gripe was that we could only find one bathroom there (family bathroom), and the condition was pretty bad...especially for the place only being open for under two hours. Another gripe was that a bunch of the arcade machines did NOT work as expected. We needed to have points on our game card reimbursed a few times. While we were there, from about 12-2pm on a Friday, the place never got really crowded. The workers, mostly teenagers/early twenty-somethings, were all very nice. They all seemed to have positive and cheerful attitude. I understand that it may not be easiest to deal with bouncing kids all day, so kudos to them. Overall we had a great time here, but I would likely check out the other places in the future for comparison.

I loved the cocoon-like swings, which my kids spent a ton of time in. The trampoline is also a nice feature. There are also some more play/imagination options and toys. I found the small room in the back a little sad, perhaps because there were no windows, and some of the toys seemed a little more worn. But it was clean and well organized. There's also a calming room, a nice feature. The people working here were super friendly and knowledgeable.

However, the two times I have brought my son here, there is music blaring loudly. My son has sound sensitivity and cannot handle it. I also made the mistake of bringing him on a day that schools were closed and it was complete chaos. After he was knocked over by a kid on a zip line, we left and never returned. Again, I love the idea of this place and want the business to succeed. I just want it to be more accommodating to kids across the spectrum.
