I've come here several times and the staff is always very friendly although predominantly Spanish speaking patients most staff is bilingual, yes be anticipating to wait quite a while, but if you don't have health insurance and are low on cash, this is a great place to come if you need quick doctor assistance! I would rate a 0. This is a walk-in clinic, but there must be a better way to see patients. There are 3 waiting rooms you need to go through before you are even seen by a doctor or nurse practitioner. The wait is a minimum of 3 hours and they rush out of there once you are seen. There is no sincere care for your concerns. It is a good place for something like a cold or something minor. BUT DO NOT USE THEM AS YOUR PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN. You can literally get worse depending on the staff to help you. They forget to send medications to the pharmacy or might only send partial. To get someone to even pick up the phone or even return calls is like pulling teeth. read more

I called ahead of time and found out I didn't need an apointment. For me, my insurance changed and I needed a new primary care doctor fast. Most places, "new patient" appointments can take months. Here at Clinica Hispana you may "walk in" as a new patient or regular patient. As a new patient walk in, you have a longer wait time. However after this, as an established patient, you still do not schedule and just walk-in, but the wait time should be much less. My doctor was relaxed and knowledgable. He assured me that even though they do not take appointments that when I, "walk-in" for my next appointment that I could request him. As a caucasian woman from the suburbs, I was highly comfortable here and felt the doctor was just as knowledgable as my previous primary care physician. read more

If I could give them a zero star I would. Went it to get my ear checked out for some pain. Was seen by a rude nurse. Never did a doctor come in. Her diagnosis was inflammation in ear. Didn't listen to my concerns at all Wanted me to get blood work, and get 3 injections and some other work for my ear!! She couldn't even tell me what the injections were for or the blood work. They didn't even want to give me a prescription for the inflammation because I declined the other stuff. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Go elsewhere with real doctors even if it cost a little bit more. Came in here on Friday at 10am.. My daughter needed to get her health exam (which you have to be fasting for) before I even checked us in, I asked how long the wait would be. Once I sat down, I was shocked how fast they called us in.. Yet we were just transferred to another waiting room... After waiting for about 2 hours... I decided to get a nurses attention.. Lol there were probably 2 people when we got there but we ended up staying about 4 hours to get my dad treated. We didn't have a positive experience like we expected to have. The doctor didn't greet us nor did she explain anything at all really. We waited a very long time for her. She was not personable, friendly, or empathetic. She was very dry and short with her answers. I had to go back and find a nurse to explain everything to me. I had to go back and ask for the prescription and the pharmacy name. I also had to ask about the test results and what each medicine was for and what it would do. The nurse was very helpful. The doctor not so much. I won't be going back.
