Went for CT scans (w & w/out contrast)…read more Pros: - Short wait time - Minimal paper work to fill out - Was told cost upfront so I was mentally prepared - Amazingly supportive and compassionate staff Cons - There was a complication with the contrast which I guess is really rare so there was lots of pain and swelling in my arm.* *My complication wasn't due to the staff and they were incredibly responsive when I started showing negative signs. I hate needles so the whole thing was traumatic for me but the staff made me SO comfortable and really took great care of me. Pain went away shortly thereafter and all the swelling was gone within 24 hours.

I had been going to the center probably when we moved to the area somewhere in the early 80s. I could not speak highly enough about the place however I guess it was probably about a year or so ago I found out that over the course of a few years my primary physician was never given any of my x-rays or results from my MRIs and when I drove there to go get them myself to then drive back to the physicians office so that I can get another MRI to show that I did have issues there was no remorse there wasn't even any apology there wasn't even a made up excuse ... It was almost as if I was being treated as business as usual and if I wasn't one of those people who are persistent, I may not have had the care that I had to get to get another MRI which then I just went to Stat imaging in Deptford and I had excellent care which is where I'm going to go from this point on. I was finally reminded to put a review out there when I tried to call for the last hour to the main headquarters so I can put a formal complaint into their corporate office they didn't know the number and left me on hold so long that I decided to just put this review out there. The personnel were excellent - especially Yuri at the front desk, who was bilingual, professional, and very helpful. The facility is a little older but very clean, organized, and well-maintained. The machines are updated, and they give clear instructions, which made the process smooth. Parking was easy with plenty of space available. I appreciate that it's a smaller imaging center - it avoids the typical large-center bureaucracy and feels more personal and one-on-one with staff. As a self-pay patient, I also value that they worked with me financially, which is rare and greatly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this facility and plan to have my imaging procedures done here moving forward.

He hit the nerve in my spine and the pain was so excruciating that I passed out and fell off the table. Tore both meniscus in my knee, had surgery, physical therapy but I was left with a permanent limp and constant pain. Lee claimed it never happened and I had no proof my injury happened there.

I waited until next day, but didn't receive anything so I called Rubi who claimed to be the office manager, and she informed me that Sandra gave me the wrong information and she cannot fax me my results. This is a total nonsense and nonprofessional treatment by the employees. Rubi is not doing her job right by training her employees. I will never recommend their services to anyone. I am in the healthcare industry and I know for sure results can be faxed, but cannot be email or mailed. They just wanted a give me a hard time.

The biggest issue for me was the lack of upfront transparency regarding costs. I came in assuming my visit would be covered by insurance, and at no point before treatment was I clearly informed of what I would be responsible for. I completed all the paperwork and followed their process, only to be presented with a bill at checkout. It would have been much more appropriate to discuss costs before the visit began, as is typically expected in most medical settings. As for the staff, my experience was mixed. One of the physicians seemed attentive and genuinely concerned, while the other came across as dismissive and left abruptly. A staff member in blue scrubs (possibly a nursing assistant) was professional, kind, and made a positive impression. On the other hand, the nurse in black scrubs appeared rushed and less engaged in patient care. What stood out as particularly concerning was being asked during my visit to leave a five-star review in exchange for a gift card. I declined, and this review reflects my honest experience. Patients should never feel pressured or incentivized when it comes to leaving feedback. Overall, the visit wasn't terrible, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially in communication, bedside manner, and transparency around billing.
