Rude, defensive, nasty, and seems ready to throw down. Gross woman!

First experience here was 1 worthy if that. Booked appointment about a month in advance. I assumed they would call or email to confirm, isn't that office/apt etiquette? So I show up a half hour early, I'd rather be early than late. But when the other front desk girl came in. She made me feel as if being there early was a bad thing and as if confirming apts is something foreign. She became very defensive and seemed to want to argue about confirming apts. I'm not about to get examined somewhere where nasty attitude towards patients is supported and the vibe is gross! Jerks at the front desk except the young one. She kept professional ThAts why the 1

If you want an inconsiderate, disrespectful , unprofessional and rude nurse to assist you . You have come to the right place . This woman just has a way of making you feel uncomfortable and as if you are annoying her and wasting her time for the littlest things like asking questions as one does for their treatment and concerns about their situation. Plus I really felt like She was judging me and it made me feel weird that she would know my personal business since she talks very loudly i really feared she would repeat anything personal out loud . Also the actual doctor DALIA RAMIREZ pretty much told me to eff off that I was not sick when I actually was because I had to go to another doctor who told me I was. If you want real genuine help go anywhere else but here you have been warned.

He's the past mayor of Arcadia. Yelpers, meet Dr. Michael Cao! I was referred for a CAC (Coronary Artery Calcium scan) to check for arteries clogged by too many Yelp events. No referrals here, the scan is done right in the office by a trained radiologist. Dr. Cao himself reviews the scan and follows up if there's more to be done. Fortunately, my diagnosis was no build-up, continue Yelping. The doctor is very approachable and popular, given a very full waiting room and a huge staff moving everybody around. Despite being so busy, I felt like I was the only patient around that day. Thanks Yelp for my new cardiologist.

I am deeply disappointed with the care my father received from Dr. Michael Cao and his office…read more After my father was discharged from the hospital in August 2024, it was urgently recommended that he see a cardiologist due to his heart issues. Dr. Cao saw my dad in September, and a test was conducted soon after. However, when it came to releasing the results or reviewing them for potential risks, Dr. Cao and his office became incredibly uncooperative. Not only did they make it extremely difficult for us to get the test results, but they also caused unnecessary delays for both my father's primary care physician and his high-risk doctor in obtaining critical information. The office staff kept the report from me and my family which I know I have the rights to obtain. After countless of heated arguments with their office staff going back and forth about the results by the time they agreed to send the results it was time to see Dr. Cao for the follow-up. Then Dr. Cao just simply said our case needs to be referred to another specialist when they could've referred us directly to begin with. Despite the urgency of my father's case, it seemed like Dr. Cao was unwilling to prioritize the situation. My father passed away in November 2024 due to cardiac arrest, and I can't help but feel that better communication and more proactive care might have made a difference. I expected better from a cardiologist, especially when my dad's health was at such high risk. Sadly, this experience has been a frustrating and painful one, and I would not recommend Dr. Cao to anyone in need of urgent care. During this time I heard he is the mayor so it seemed like he was too occupied and prioritizing that over the care for his patients.

Even though you have a mask on, they will still give you one of their blue masks to put over yours (yay double protection...I don't mind at all!). Plenty of space to wait with distance from others. Waited about 1/2 hour after checking in outside, then got called in as a group to go inside the building for the Lab office, stayed in the order of the numbers we were given outside, signed in once in the Lab and waited about 1/2hr more. The phlebotomist Dave checked us in, came out to the waiting area and updated us twice on what was going on and did a great job on my blood draw. Totally professional and nice! He took his time to make me feel comfortable and confirmed all my information. Everyone in the building was very nice and helpful. Location: private parking lot with plenty of parking (but lessened currently since some of the spots are used for tents and covid testing areas.

She also printed out useless information instead of my actual lab results and things I needed and proceeded to complain about having to do it all over again . She also tried to charge me to print out my medical records . Rediculous . Dont come to this clinic they dont care about you or your well being . And dont work in the medical field if you dont care about people !

This is a long overdue review…read more I found Dr. Wynn via YouTube and took my mother to see him primarily for shoulder & knee pain. He is 3 in 1, primary care physician, dermatologist, & rheumatologist. He has a genuine interest in keeping up with current medical information & has a good broad knowledge of many areas, especially Covid. Prior to being a doctor, he was an architecture engineer. It's refreshing having a person from the outside coming in. At times, an outsider could see new perspectives & insights where an insider may have overlooked. He also worked in the restaurant and nail salon. Now he is a physician, what a laudable accomplishment! He also knows karate, writes books, and draws meticulous medical diagrams. Impressive huh? A drawback is that his diagram labels look like Arabic characters, which made me dizzy trying to figure out what it is that he was writing. I guess he is imperfect, a human being after all! lolzzz If you are lucky to have him as a PCP, keep him. PCP is below his pay grade. In my experiences, most PCP don't wholeheartedly know what they are doing. It's the 80/20 rule. If you are lucky, then you will run into the 20% group (good doctors), otherwise you are stuck with the 80% group (mediocre doctors). Dr. Wynn is in that 20% group. I tried to get him as a PCP for my dad, but unfortunately, he is currently not accepting new patients for primary care. To treat my mom's conditions, Dr. Wynn recommended watching his YouTube videos demonstrating how to relieve shoulder & knee pain. After following his instructions, my mom's shoulder pain went away. Knee pain is still there though, maybe she didn't practice enough. Overall, the videos are quite helpful and he has lots of them on his YouTube Channel. He is structured, methodical and sticks to the book kind of doctor. A caveat of Dr. Wynn is his bedside manner. He seems unfriendly. A few minutes into the visit, he snapped at me when I interjected with an osteoporosis question as he was explaining to my mom. He abruptly turned to me and said in an abrasive tone "I will talk to you later!" I felt insulted & very awkward. At that moment, all my admiration for Dr. Wynn dissipated. He never once smiled, kind of like a robot, a tree, or even an ice cube! Maybe that is why he is still single??? lolzzz In all fairness, Dr. Wynn deserves credit for answering all our questions without rushing us out. I think he spent over 30 minutes with us. Considering how busy he was with a lot of patients still waiting, that was generous of him. So at the end of the visit, I forgave him. I'm returning the favor in kind by not taking away a star. Here goes the full FIVE STARS for you Dr. Wynn!!
