Plenty of outdoor space used as a waiting area after you check-in where the line is formed. Umbrella picnic tables we could sit to wait.

My first time here...check in process was smooth and organized by the guy and gal working out front this morning (11/02/2020). Even though you have a mask on, they will still give you one of their blue masks to put over yours (yay double protection...I don't mind at all!). Plenty of space to wait with distance from others. Waited about 1/2 hour after checking in outside, then got called in as a group to go inside the building for the Lab office, stayed in the order of the numbers we were given outside, signed in once in the Lab and waited about 1/2hr more. The phlebotomist Dave checked us in, came out to the waiting area and updated us twice on what was going on and did a great job on my blood draw. Totally professional and nice! He took his time to make me feel comfortable and confirmed all my information. Everyone in the building was very nice and helpful. Location: private parking lot with plenty of parking (but lessened currently since some of the spots are used for tents and covid testing areas.

Obgyn- appointment at 10:00am. First time here so came at 9:30am. Got called to come in at 9:45am. Saw physician at 10:15am. Got Pap smear and blood test for Gono, clamydia, and hiv. Had a full physical for breast exam too. Dr. Loya is great and full of info. ------- When I went to my primary physician. Dr. Bautista on the second floor. They called my name very fast too. I was there at 9:00am waited in line to check-in on the first floor window 2. Went to the second floor at 9:15am. Got called at 9:20am. Saw the nurse and my physician. They were really fast. If you have any questions you want to ask your physician then write them down or ask it quickly. Dr. Bautista talks fast and does your job very swiftly. Before she left she asked if I had any questions before she was about to leave. She ordered all my blood work and classes she recommended to take. Everything is typed and highlighted onto the paper for my reference. Got out of the health clinic around 11:15am.

Thank you the taxpayers, that i could be afforded the dignity to receive care (via La Care Medi-Cal) from Dr. Allevato, his team, and all the other excellence contributors to this pillar of modern achievement the El monte Comprehensive Health Center. A judgement free safe place to heal. This institution itself feels HEALTHY where as so many providers are plagued with greed, a cancer on our world. Thank you! Thank you so much.

This are the instructions from the Hospital Doctors.Said go to the Doctor if some of this simptoms show up in the future.

no good .went to apoinment with dr.sandy lee.after i had a head injury in a car accident the doctors at the hopital told me to wach up for sintoms that can show in the future in the brain .as inability to awake. vision probmems stroke headaches , confusion and more. i am experiencing all of them. and dr.sandy lee didn't check me no even ask me where was my pain or give me medication. can't beleve she even was unwelling to listen my life is in risk and she didn't take seriously. she dint read it !

This is their goal! We've been here 3 hours and no pain relief in sight! They need to re-visit their core values and customer service!

Obamacare has provided a new low for the poor. Sitting here since 3:30 and 3 hours later we are being shuffled around with no promise of service in the immediate future. Don't come here for services unless you are in the system! My son is in pain and weak and they are worried about paperwork and getting paid! So much for the Hippocratic oath and LAC-USC's promise for pain relief!

This is NOT have a medical center should operate. When they FINALLY call you back its a day or two later. Such an inconvenience!

earliest appointment is 2 weeks. If you are really sick, you can see the nurse with 30-60 minutes wait (not doctor)

He's the past mayor of Arcadia. Yelpers, meet Dr. Michael Cao! I was referred for a CAC (Coronary Artery Calcium scan) to check for arteries clogged by too many Yelp events. No referrals here, the scan is done right in the office by a trained radiologist. Dr. Cao himself reviews the scan and follows up if there's more to be done. Fortunately, my diagnosis was no build-up, continue Yelping. The doctor is very approachable and popular, given a very full waiting room and a huge staff moving everybody around. Despite being so busy, I felt like I was the only patient around that day. Thanks Yelp for my new cardiologist.

I am deeply disappointed with the care my father received from Dr. Michael Cao and his office…read more After my father was discharged from the hospital in August 2024, it was urgently recommended that he see a cardiologist due to his heart issues. Dr. Cao saw my dad in September, and a test was conducted soon after. However, when it came to releasing the results or reviewing them for potential risks, Dr. Cao and his office became incredibly uncooperative. Not only did they make it extremely difficult for us to get the test results, but they also caused unnecessary delays for both my father's primary care physician and his high-risk doctor in obtaining critical information. The office staff kept the report from me and my family which I know I have the rights to obtain. After countless of heated arguments with their office staff going back and forth about the results by the time they agreed to send the results it was time to see Dr. Cao for the follow-up. Then Dr. Cao just simply said our case needs to be referred to another specialist when they could've referred us directly to begin with. Despite the urgency of my father's case, it seemed like Dr. Cao was unwilling to prioritize the situation. My father passed away in November 2024 due to cardiac arrest, and I can't help but feel that better communication and more proactive care might have made a difference. I expected better from a cardiologist, especially when my dad's health was at such high risk. Sadly, this experience has been a frustrating and painful one, and I would not recommend Dr. Cao to anyone in need of urgent care. During this time I heard he is the mayor so it seemed like he was too occupied and prioritizing that over the care for his patients.
