Now that I am more privy, I cannot believe I ever spent my money here, and I will never shop at this store EVER again. The customer service is great, and they have an amazing selection of goods, don't get me wrong. The issue is that they are OUTRAGEOUSLY overpriced. Most of the items they sell are marked up EVEN HIGHER than the product manufacturer's own prices! You will easily spend over $100 on a small handful of things that you could purchase for much fairer prices elsewhere. A lot of these manufacturers have official TikTok shops that are cheaper than this place. If you're worried about authenticity, there are Korean cosmetic marketplace websites/apps like Style Korean, Olive Young Global, and Stylevana just to name a few who ship 100% authentic brand items directly from Korea. Listen, if you plan on spending $100 anyway and don't need something right away, I strongly urge you to look into the online Korean marketplaces before wasting your money here. If you spend over a certain amount (usually $60) they ship for free, and I have never had to wait more than a week for a package. Not only will you get a fair price for authentic items, most of these marketplaces also have point systems. They reward points for writing reviews and for every dollar spent. These points accumulate into dollar amounts that you can use for future purchases. The most I ever got from Choc Choc was a birthday coupon that I couldn't even use on their website. Trust me, when you do the math, you won't regret shopping with the online Korean marketplaces like you will here. I'll give Choc Choc one star for the amazing customer service, but their price point demolishes the whole experience.

I'm not a barber nor a stylist. Just a consumer that wanted to get my first flat blade razor. Sure,…read moreI could have ordered it online and found loads of deals($). Or I could have searched Yelp for a noteworthy shaving goods store($$$). Instead, I found a shop where barbers and stylists go to buy their goods en masse. A trading shop per se, with products from all over the world and pricing from cheap to expensive. The shop is setup like those created for merchandisers, shop owners, and those buying in bulk. It's not pretty nor are products setup in a brilliant display. A shop keeper is on hand and not in view when one enters the store. There are racks upon racks with nondescript items piled. Tell the shopkeeper what you're looking for and off you go. So what'd I get? I was shown a number of flat blade razors. Some super cheap, some super pricey and others in-between. He mentioned having the old style and the newer. The older style is a safety razor which is a one-time use blade. Looks easy to use but also seems to be wasteful. I opted for a cheap plastic import which uses disposable blades. I paid about $11 dollars for two items and I have blades that will last me for the next couple years! (Blades used in this sort of shaver are ultra thin and create less waste than what's purchased for say a Gillette or Schick type razor). I'm using Youtube to teach me how to use the blade. The shopkeeper only knows so much..

Ever since, if someone asks me where I got the tools to cut my hair, this is the place. The prices were cheaper than I have seen anywhere else. There is many deals there that as real as you can get. There are razors, mirrors, clippers, and much more things. I have now been going here for 5 years now.
